Mcdonalds Euroa - Euroa - Photo album

Too sad i ordered double cheeseburger but they missed both layers of cheese. It was very dry. I felt very sorry for the staff there as they all looked too busy and tired. It seems to me there is an understaff situation and the management should do something about it. I waited 40 mins after I ordered
I love that they have free wi-fry here. I was order 120 but was overtaken by order 121. The hash brown was quite fresh so worth the wait
Would give it no stars, on one occasion ordered hot chocolate, it was cold. Several other times we have gone to get a coffee or chocolate they advise no full cream milk, they have a store at the other end is it so hard to send someone to get a few bottles to see them through. Let's not discuss fast
Just had breakfast here and had sausage McMuffin which was the freshest best made muffin I have had in a long time. Staff looked really busy but still producing good maccas. Thanks for the great stop.
Macas used to be our favourite stop when traveling but with recent changes, mainly the non-person ordering and the drop in service standards, due to staff cuts as a consequence, it's just about a no go unless I'm desperate. Sad to see this food outlet decline.
I waited to pay for over 5 minutes and noone came to take my money. So, I drove to the next window and waited a further 20 minutes. Then they told me i had to drive back around to pay! I left without food. Very annoyed.
If I could it would be a negative 5 star. It was almost like waiting for the staff to catch the cow and peel the spuds. Staff are rude this one and glen rowan would have to be the worst McDonalds in Victoria.
Every time we go there I have to complain about something every single time! Won’t be going back there ever again, last night found a cockroach in my partners meal after she had taken a bite and spat it out, always forgetting something, never fresh, and service is rude
