Driving from Newcastle to Byron Bay, we decided to stop off in Yamba. We ate and drank in a lot of places, but the best place that we couldn’t fault was the Sand Bar. Excellent service, food & drink. If you visit Yamba, I highly recommend that you stop by this place! No where else will compare, you won’t be disappointed.

Myself and partner have been here earlier this year, and again yesterday. This place is a hidden gem. Can't understand why there have not been more people there both times we we're there. Apart from a group of 8 others, we were it, for Sunday Lunch. It's a great spot to gaze at the Ocean and eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food is really good and reasonably priced. My only fault is no tap beer, but stubbies were reasonably price so really not an issue. Highly recommend it.
