Glen and Giselle were amazing, honestly amazing. I came in and the vibe was amazing, Glen slayed doing my order and Gisselle was standing there beautifully. Couldn’t ask for better service. Such babes, 2 queens 💅💅💅💅
Ice cream was really good, lots of flavours to choose from. Only issue was the cones didn't taste fresh.
Not sure what’s changed here lately. Potentially would’ve been refused service for not having a mask…
Prior to now if hasn’t been an issue at this store. Bad customer service when challenged and service staff said “if you’re going to talk to us that way we won’t serve you”. Totally understandable

I feel inspired to write a review because the guy who served my kids was honestly so happy to see two kids exciting about ice-cream. How awesome to visit a shop where the people behind the counter look like they enjoy their job — love it!
Great customer service and quick prep after I ordered on uber eats (was ready in three minutes) decided to get add ons, two different types of cookie dough for $2.50 EACH and this is how much toppings there is 😂
Amazing service, always patient and happy to help even when crazy busy. Isabelle was so helpful and always so bubbly. Love heading here for dessert. 🍦👍
Very rude staff member with spikes on her shoes was blunt and not helpful at all but the other one was very nice.
