Got the order very wrong. Ordered via the app and lodged a complaint via the app. Received an email from the store, I respond and then radio silence. The store did not even apologise. Of all the red roosters I have been to, this one is definitely worth skipping. 0/10 just go somewhere else.
Travelled half an hour just to get to this store to order drive thru only to know they have no chicken available even if it’s still 1 and a half hour away from closing the store. What a ridiculous and very disappointing fast food. You should close this useless branch.
