Perfect stop for a quick coffee and croissant. Nice place and heaters outside- perfect for a winters morning. Eager and friend team there to help.

The coffee is always great and the service is friendly and welcoming. I have tried their food a couple of times and I have been really happy with the experience. Overall a MUST try place, fast service and a wide variety to select from their menu.

I come here whenever I can, best chai latte and the haloumi burger is amazing (love the relish). Awesome food for a price much lower than anywhere else in manly, or indeed across the road. Just wish they were open a bit later!

Cosy inside seating (not a lot so be prepared) and yummy lunch from the amall kitchen. Well worth the visit and takeaway option too.

Absolutely stellar coffee, food and incredible staff!! I couldn’t speak more highly of the crew at Butcher’s!! Thank you for all your coffees during my quarantine - seeing your friendly faces and taking that first sip was literally the highlight of my day ☺️👏🏼☕️

Very delicious wagyu beef burger and tasty coffee. You need to wait if you come to dine in at the weekends. Very curious whether they sourced the meat from the butcher store next door. A very nice and price friendly local cafe.

Thanks to the gorgeous Joel for the silver service treatment he provided to our pup on his first birthday. Great food for humans too! Can't wait to return soon.

Always good coffee here. It can get very busy so leave time just in case you have to wait for a table. Friendly staff. Good food, I always get the breakfast wrap, can’t go wrong.

The Butcher's Cafe was once a combined butcher shop and cafe. Now the dividing wall has been bricked up and the butcher shop is the Fairlight Butcher and the old butcher still runs the Butcher's Cafe! Confused! Anyhow....the coffee is the best in the area with #barista.mike on the job and the cafe offers great all day favourites such as the wagyu beef burger, the roast Cowra lamb leg roll, pulled BBQ pork roll, Cape Grim steak sandwich or the avo salmon smash! Totally delicious! Lots of cakes, muffins and sweet treats too!

Best Coffee in Manly/ Fairlight.  The service can be impersonal unless you're a friend though.  They don't tend to remember regulars.  I've grabbed coffee here daily for about a year and it's like a stranger walked in every morning.  Regardless,  great coffee.

On a recent Saturday it was a long overdue visit to my local Bunnings, rather than Manly beach, that caused me to be in the Baglowah area. Keen for a quick and inexpensive lunch I tried The Butchers Cafe on Sydney Road. The Butchers Cafe is based on a very simple but rarely seen concept – it’s a cafe that adjoins the neighbouring butcher, Fairlight Gourmet Meats. Outside you’ll find a few street side tables – they’re not positioned to be basked in Winter sun but heaters and blankets are provided to keep you warm. There’s limited and highly sought after indoor seating, but if you arrive at peak time your chances of sitting inside may be slim. Chances are youll grab a table like this one…. The menu is short and, not surprisingly, it’s all about the meat. So don’t even consider this place if you’re after a quinoa & kale salad or avocado & feta on sourdough. The only vegetarian options are zucchini fritters and bircher muesli. I’m very picky when it comes to eating only the best quality me

The first thing we ate was the Steak Sandwich, it was so impressive that we went back 2 days later to try the Roast Pork Roll and Wagyu Beef Burger. Steak Sandwich remains the standout.
