Good night out, had the venison Mignon, very tender and tasty. Other main, pork rib eye again tender and tasty. Minor criticism both dishes had a touch too much jus, but that is better than too little. Steamed veggies just right size serve and nice selection. Very friendly and attentive staff, even had a music and a live singer in the background, overall a good meal and great value.
Came here a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday night and we're one of two tables in a very large room which left the atmosphere extremely quiet indeed. Table service was lovely along with staff that looked after us and the food was quite deelish at reasonable upper pub prices. Special mention on the Gnocci (being the best tasted dining out in a long time & that was coming from an Italian Mumma!!), & the Lamb Shanks (falling off the bone goodness). The place definitely gives the vibe of catering to members only & in particular the older generation, and the room would be very well set for functions, but with a bit more promotion could bring in some newbies for the weeknight diners in the area. I'm sure I'll return 👍
A hidden gem. This restaurant is up with the best at very reasonable prices. The menu offers a selection of light meals through to main courses and deserts with a very diverse range of dishes. I have never had a less than excellent meal. The service is superb. Waiting and bar staff are always pleasant, attentive and willing to assist without hovering. At 70 years of age I can confidently say this is the most enjoyable restaurant I have ever experienced. Highly recommended.
My family and I go here once a year usually for my Dad's birthday. The menu is somewhat limited however in saying that the meals are usually very good. There food is of a high quality and the way the meals are presented look very professional. There is also a salad and veg bar which is a nice addition to the restaurant.
Excellent venue for a lovely meal in congenial surroundings; very good service and food served quickly and efficiently. Very good value for money

A hidden gem. Recently dined here with a group of friends. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was generous and tasty. We have decided to return regularly as the value for money and extensive menu warrants it. Highly recommended.
Fabulous Wedding Reception venue. We had our Wedding Reception here, albeit nearly 11 years ago.
Having said that our guests still rave about the quality of the venue and the food, no one left feeling hungry, and the food was of excellent quality.
The view is gorgeous looking out over the golf course at night, with the large balcony which was enjoyed on our September wedding.
The dance floor is a decent size too, which saw most of our 90 guests get up for a boogie.
