Review Pasticceria Massimo Papa - Fairy Meadow

Purchased a Ricotta cake on Friday 25th March for a birthday gift. As we cut into the cake and separated a slice the following day, a hair begun to slide out from underneath. A black hair was sitting on the cake board in between the cake and the cake board. The remaining 1/3 cake was discarded as our appetite was lost. Contacted management, whom offered a 10% discount upon next purchase. Unfortunately, I do not believe we will be visiting the establishment in the near future, as it has highlighted poor food handling procedures.

Massimo Papa is the cafe closest to my work and I go there every day for my daily coffee. I sometimes treat myself to a pizza or dessert as they are simply irresistible. The family is so lovely and everything is baked/cooked with love. I’m very lucky to be able to work next door

Called in for a taste of Italian savoury and sweet with a coffee and was satisfied. Very wide range of cakes and pastries is well displayed with many customers buying box fulls to take home. The setting is more of a factory workshop than a café with little pleasant appeal and a less than relaxing ambience which could be improved and raise the enjoyment level for me should I return.

Absolutly wonderful. Saved my butt when in need of a cake at the last minute. Super friendly staff and price very reasonable. 100%recommend. Cant thank you guys enough for your help.

This is a great cafe in the Fairy Meadow area that provides tasty Italian style cakes & dessert menu. The coffee is good. Ice cream scoop is very generous and has some unique taste. Custard Rum Baba is the highlight here. Credit card payment is available in this premise.

Great selection of Italian sweets. We ordered a few variety and I really enjoyed the mousse cake best. Definitely recommend and will return.

If you have eyes bigger than your stomach this place is dangerous. Everything is appealing and delicious. The cannoli are always fresh. The ricotta cheesecake is heaven and the coffee is always great. Been there more times than I can remember. I think I'm in love.

I have never been more disappointed in my experience here. Waitresses were rude and unfriendly and had to wait while they were chatting to get served. We ordered an aranchini ball, pizza, spinach and ricotta roll and sausage roll. We got given glasses with lipstick stains on them. When the food arrived the sausage roll was raw. We asked for it to be cooked again and the waitress was terribly rude and returned it to us raw a second time. The other food was cold and unpleasant. Dissapointed and will not be returning.

The most amazing cannoli I’ve ever eaten! They had actually sold out, but made some fresh ones for me. Pecan pie and apple tart are also delicious. I can’t wait to go back - everything looks amazing. Perfect place to buy sweets for any occasion. The savoury food looks great too. Highly recommended!

I am italian, and I thanks this lovely pasticceria for the deliciousness it provides! Cannoli, sfogliatelle with a superb ricotta cream inside. A deliciuos coffee and a very friendly staff who makes me feel like home and makes start the day with a big smile! Best breakfast in town!

My husband and I visited again today, this time for lunch,bolagnais arachini to die for. Actually bought one to take home as well, along with the obligatory pastries. The service and wonderful staff add to the experience. Will be back soon for my custard horns and vanilla slice

When we do the groceries the shoppers always get a treat so it's always Pasticceria Massimo Papa Wonderful service with a great coffe and of course a low fat slimming dessert ! Not! Great food and sumptuous pasticcery thanks again our memories of Italia come flooding back always !

What a welcome to have such a great Pasticceria, here in Fairy Meadow. Your cakes were so delicious and fresh as, got to sample quite a few for afternoon tea with the family today.
