Horrible fast food chain. Undersized and overpriced portions.
Ugly old 80s style decor which no one cares about and just makes the restaurant look so ugly. Horrible service as well, shouldn't take 5 minutes for a soft serve.

Horrible service. We waited for 2 cappuccino 12 minutes. We were the only people inside. Other were drive-thru customers. 2 of 5 because coffee wasn't perfect, but acceptable. Awaiting too long
Fairly consistent when you ask for extras such as cheese on a whopper or the correct drinks. Incredibly consistent at forgetting to put the sauce packets in with your meal.
As their advertising, I believe they provide better burgers competing to McDonald's. Although this shop is a drive through restaurant, outdoor tables are provided for people who prefer to sit outside. This is especially important during Covid pandanmic.
Three times consecutively now. Three times you have left the same item out of my order. How hard is it to read the slip that’s in front of you? Ordered online and they misplaced it. Slow service, one burger was cold one was good. Had to take chips back as they were practically empty and we ordered large,they did replace them though.
