Ordered a chicken Parma, dried out and practically inedible. Tasted like they had hammered it till it vaguely stuck together and then cooked it to death for good measure. Salad was a few lettuce leaves, a couple of bits of tonato and onion. One customer that will not be returning.

Best pizzas in the area. Reasonable prices. Lovely, friendly staff.

Starting from the bottom, the dough is a perfect thickness. Crispy enough on the bottom and fluffy when you bite into it. The crust is golden and crunchy without scratching up your mouth. The sauce base is yummy, lovely spices and not sticky at all. The toppings are perfect, consistent and enough. C

Was about to order a large order and they could not put Nutella on a small pizza base, Wow so hard given you do a calzone dessert pizza which contains Nutella. Just lost a big order and probably won’t go back!! Poor flexibility and service. 👎

This has to be the best pizza and pasta place in the Ferntree Gully area. As someone who is highly allergic to garlic, the staff always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Not good at all we have ordered pizza and called and complained.. called restaurant and all staff could say oh sorry but next time ordered was soggy and complained again but not sorry So will not be ordering from one 11 AGAIN

Their pizzas are good but their customer service is very poor. I ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready in about half an hour. I arrived to pickup and they asked me to pay. No problems with this. However I asked if they had actually started cooking and the girl serving went to look. O
