I stopped here today after reading mostly positive reviews about the friendly service and have to say that I found it decidedly lacklustre. New girl learning the ropes was okay but other girl teaching her was quite rude and coffee guy apparently couldn’t even make eye contact when giving me my coffe

Don’t make excuses for poor customer service. You’re a cafe. Of course it gets busy. It’s called employing enough staff to fill the demand. Especially when you’re paying a premium price for a coffee.
You’ll get better service and coffee
Been here quite a few times and the food is great, especially the acai bowl and choc bowl. My wife and I don't live in the area but when we're nearby, we often swing past just for these, even if it's take away. Always quick service too, so can't fault them.
