Review Kfc - Ferntree Gully

I asked for a Big Mac in a small meal and they just started arguing with me for no reason. The managers seriously need to sharpen the hospitality of the staff, I had to throw my drink at one of them because they thought (for some reason) that asking me to leave was ok. The people who eat here are just as much to blame, I had to push over this elderly lady after she threatened to call the police, even though all I had done was order food. It's genuinely disgusting how the crew members think it's ok to play with the customers like this, and shame on the people who go along with it.

I sent my partner to the drive through at Ferntree Gully to get a 10 piece pack I told her to remind them to put at least a couple of breast pieces as it's the only piece I eat, not only did they ignore her but they put 8 wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh of overcooked soggy chicken dripping with grease, we will never go back there again disgraceful service. If I could rate our experience with KFC FERNTREE GULLY lower I would absolute 💯 ripped off.

Ordered the $4.95 fill up box to try the Hot Rods + an extra serve of 2. Size was really small, shorter than the skewer and about the same size as a tender. Restaurant was quite clean with COVID check in signs on each table. Waited around 10 minutes in a quiet shop.

Oil in the fryer was old which means it burns the coating which gave the Hot and Spicy a terrible unsavoury flavour. Dont cut corners guys. Pick up your game. Not a happy customer.

Food was good the place just seemed dirty and unorganised. Over flowing rubbish dirty floors and sinks full of dishes in the food preparation area

Got given the wrong burger and then berated for "ordering wrong" even after showing my receipt. Won't be returning. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

A HUGE thank you to manager Katelyn at KFC ferntree gully. Having seriously stuffed up my order (drive through) for a birthday dinner last week, she ensured an entire replacement and apologised profusely for the error. Katelyn, it was not your fault, you weren’t even there… but you made sure it was fixed and took responsibility. Thank you from myself, and my step son. Well done

Always fast service and everything is always fresh. Never had old stale chips and staff are usually pretty nice too.
