Customer service is terrible! I ordered on the phone, arrived after 30 minutes paid and waited for my order. Clearly forgot my order and should have been honest and told me when I arrived. Ordered a pasta dish with Prawns on Friday night and when I opened it at home - there were no prawns. Called them and they offered a new dish - great! But we didn’t feel like Coming back out so they offered a free replacement next time we order - great!

What is wrong with you guys, such a good taste with pathetic behaviour. Most of the staff is good but these two so called senior members are so unprofessional and rude with customers and delivery partners.
Came in with my missus, table was clean and waitress was lovely and well spoken. Started off with a greek salad. Absolutely amazing!
