Has an amazing meal here, went with chefs selection and even though I am not a seafood fan I still enjoyed every course. The meat of every dish was so tender and melt in the mouth and full of flavour. If there was a complaint it was that there was a bit of a wait between the duck and the suckling pig but I can live with that
My husband and I attended for the first time on a busy Saturday night to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. Even with a private function also being held, we had a wonderful evening with great attention to detail, from being greeted by the wait staff as well as the bar/kitchen staff upon our arrival, from taking our coats to being seated and to being provided detailed explanations of every meal and drink that we had. We opted for the degustation menu for an element of surprise and each dish had a myriad of flavours which lingered on our palette and matched with a perfect drink. The chocolate delice was divine!! The only point for improvement I would make is to sharpen the steak knives as I received a blunt one and on asking for a 2nd one it too was blunt so I just ended up using my husband's knife. 😏 A memorable night indeed! 👌🏼

Oysters: Freshly shucked and delicious
The Bonito crudo, smoked soy dashi & roasted buckwheat: Fresh and subtle flavors, the sashimi was the hero of this dish
Zucchini flowers: These were really delicious, I loved the cheese that was stuffed inside and the black garlic
King George whiting, cucumber, brown butter & wild fennel: Cooked to perfection, the fish melted in my mouth and complimented the butter so well
Dry aged Muscovy duck in two services
Blackberries & liquorice: I loved this, I was hesitant as I hate liquorice but the flavor combination was so good!
Duck pie, prune & fine herbs: this was very gamey, the pastry was really flakey but the meat really needed the prune to cut through
Black star cherry vacherin, honeycomb, candied lemon & almond- I loooved this dessert so much, this was my favourite dish of the night
Chocolate délice- I loved this but it was too rich for me to finish
Having visited several fine dining restaurants Cutler delivered in every aspect. We had the summer chefs selection. The chef balanced fine produce, depth and creativity. The wine was superb and the service outstanding. The interior design and ambience was modern and very relaxing. I highly recommend this experience.
What can I say amazing amazing cannot wait to go back credit to all involved they made the dining experience well worth it !!!!

After a couple of years of wanting to go here we finally dined for dinner.
The venue itself was very nice and intimate however I do recommend to request a booth if you’re there with your partner.
Service was very friendly and accommodated to also moving us to a booth.
There were two different degustations to choose from. We chose the one we less food and it was still so much food that I was struggling at the end to finish my meal.
The entrees they brought out we’re delicious. I ordered a rump steak that was very tender and my wife ordered the snapper which was tasty.
We opted for the cheese trolley selection as we saw it earlier on in the night and we definitely weren’t disappointment .
I’m so glad this place lived up to the expectations we had brewing for it over the last two years 🙂

You just have to go this place. We ordered chef secrete that are amazing. Love the bread with butter for entry. Special duck pie is really tasty. Lovely staffs.
Me and the boyfriend were craving seafood one night so we headed to cutler and co. It’s so easy to miss as it’s dark and mysterious but the dining area is beautiful and romantic. We were unable to get a table but settled for bar seating where we could order from the same menu and I actually preferred sitting in front of the open kitchen. We ordered the grilled prawns, asparagus, prosciutto, king fish and suckling pig. Everything was delicious but the portions are quite small so I recommend ordering quite a few dishes if you want to fill up.
