In my experience, sushi is sushi is sushi unless it's really stellar. But anywhere that serves onigiri get brownie points in my book. I love the veggie onigiri, the seaweed inari and the tofu handroll. Just a few pieces and maybe a miso make a filling and affordable meal.

Fresh sushi! Great quality and affordable price! Service is always fast and staffs are super friendly! This is my go to place at least twice a week for lunch, happy with the quality and price here! What more could u ask for!

I normally make my way to hinoki if I'm ever on Smith Street and have sushi craving. But today I was busy and heard good reviews from momo sushi so thought I'll try it out. Didn't taste fresh to me, I didn't felt like the price was worth the quality. Min eftpos is $8, can be annoying if you just want to order less then two rolls. If you're ever or smith go hinoki. It's just down the road.

Some solid sushi can be found at Momo Sushi for sure. Whilst the store might be little, there’s plenty of handrolls rolling out the door. I picked up three for a lunchtime bite for under $8. Chicken and avo, a teriyaki chicken and their ICDC vegetarian option with inari. Staff are friendly and the rolls are well prepared. There’s some nice touches like the chicken being grilled and sesame seeds in the rice mix. Brown rice versions are available for the rolls and there’s also a few other options too.

Easily some the best sushi I've had in Melbourne. The chicken teriyaki is grilled which is a nice change and they have plenty of brown rice sushi substitutes. A few cents more expensive than 'sushi sushi' but it's worth it for the quality.

Vegetarian sushi is too expansive. Hi every one,<br/>I bought two vegetable sushi and I pay $5.40. I didn't realize it has two piece of vegetables.<br/>Even it is not bigger than others so I think it was too expansive.<br/>I recommend use to other restaurant .

Way better than hanabi sushi IMO. Better quality ingredients and much tastier, way better mouth feel and better cleaner taste. I won't be making that mistake again.

Sushi Saviours!!!. Best & freshest takeaway sushi you'll ever find! Loads of complimentary soy sauce, wasabi & ginger and really interesting sushi flavour combinations. Just be careful if you have a sesame allergy as there are seeds scattered throughout the rolls. Has a small eat-in section and outdoor table too. Love you Momo!

First time here. The place looks great and the sushi's look incredibly fresh!!! Was recommend to try the tea prawn by a friend. Literally, just finished eating it now. It seems like a weird conception to have tea as a marinade for prawns but take my word for it it's was delicious!!! All the other sushi's taste great as well, you can really see how fresh the ingredients are and the rice is cooked perfectly. Really like it and will definitely come back!!!

Great sushi place. Stumbled upon this place this afternoon。。was so hungry and ate 5 rolls and one onigiri. Recommend the roasted tea prawn and thai chicken.

They really don't hold back on the salmon and there's heaps of it in the roll and the seaweed is fresh and crisp!<br/><br/>The roasted tea prawns are really unique and you can't find it anywhere in Melbourne!<br/><br/>Great service and definitely the best sushi on Smith St!

Sushi indulgence. A modern take on sushi with impressive and tasty results, as the queues during lunch clearly show. Their specialty rolls differentiate them from the others along this side of Smith St.
