Last time we ordered it took 3 HOURS for the delivery. Multiple calls always said sorry issues with our driver will be there soon. Stupidly, we gave them the benefit of the doubt given Covid etc, and tried them again tonight. Same experience again - why send a confirmation email saying it will be 30

I've always liked the ingredients and combinations of crust pizza, and have been a repeat customer for years. But recently orders are arriving much later than promised. Not sure why I'm paying for a service that's not provided as advertised. If it'll take 60-90 mins then just say that.

Kalpi was wonderful and looked after the food was amazing like always I would highly recommend going down to crust fitzroy and meeting rhe team and having one of there beautiful pizzas
