Massive signs everywhere asking to wear masks, staff had no masks on. The pasta was a disaster, it’s just mixed in a paper bowl with pizza ingredients as the staff member mashes it all through with her hands then runs it through the pizza oven. Pizza very bland - this is just as bad as the other pizza franchises.

Order via their app and pickup. Direct price is better than shared delivery apps and you can normally pickup in 15 minutes of ordering on your way home from work or supermarket. Quality has always been good and consistent. Some of the gourmet pizzas are a bit hit and miss depending on your taste. Once you’ve found your favourite it’s harder to risk trying any new menu items that come along.

Last time we ordered it took 3 HOURS for the delivery. Multiple calls always said sorry issues with our driver will be there soon. Stupidly, we gave them the benefit of the doubt given Covid etc, and tried them again tonight. Same experience again - why send a confirmation email saying it will be 30 minutes when it is now 1.5 hours. Plenty of websites have live time ordering estimates which are accurate. Not this place. So bad. Misleading. Avoid.

I've always liked the ingredients and combinations of crust pizza, and have been a repeat customer for years. But recently orders are arriving much later than promised. Not sure why I'm paying for a service that's not provided as advertised. If it'll take 60-90 mins then just say that.

Kalpi was wonderful and looked after the food was amazing like always I would highly recommend going down to crust fitzroy and meeting rhe team and having one of there beautiful pizzas

Stuck indoors, so decided upon another takeaway pizza for our Friday night in. Crust is conveniently located and staff are quick. Our order took ten minutes which was excellent for pizza. <br/><br/>I found this chilli pizza to be really good, with a nice crispy base and loads of toppings. The cheese was extra gooey, which is always great; and overall the flavour was really good. Plenty of jalapenos added lots of spice, and I would be happy to order through this Crust store again.

The of months drinks where in part catered by Crust Pizza today. I generally don’t rate chain pizzas much preferring wood fire pizzas, but in saying that Crust is better than your average pizza chain. Work got in various pizzas, they arrived in huge rectangular pizza boxes, I loved the margarita, but most of the other flavors had meat content so I stuck to this.<br/><br/>KD

I've heard a lot of buzz about this vegan pulled jackfruit pizza. I'd describe it as tasting like bland warm goo with flashes of chilli chunks. Not something I need to repeat.

Went there the other night to give it a first time try. Shop was empty and seemed like nothing was going on. Inside they have a large selection on the menu board but noticed there was no clear indication of pricing anywhere so make sure you ask how much things are. We had two pizzas, garlic break and a bottle of soft drink and the bill was over $50. If we knew that prior we definitely would of either gone elsewhere or changed the order. I supposed the question is would we return their for pizza again? Most likely not as I think you can get a better product and value for money somewhere else around the corner.

You know when it's raining and you decide on pizza delivery rather than cruising round the corner for Shawcross and then when your Crust order arrives you immediately regret your decision? Yea? Well that happened tonight. Burnt pepperoni isn't cool, guys. Next time, I'll pull finger and leave the house for a slice of Shawcross.

I am not a huge fan of fast food pizza, but I concluded the Crust is borderline fast food but slightly gourmet, so as a food snob, having it occasionally is fine I must confess we used to be big fans of Crust ages ago, when they had a Pesto scallop pizza.  Sadly, years ago they stop serving that and I was no longer interested in Crust.  I have tried their really dry variety of chicken breast pizzas which always ends in disappointment.  Since I hate prawns (hence no mariana), felt that Peking Duck pizza is just weird and pork belly ones are too fatty, I almost resigned to the fact that the chicken or vego pizza would be the only pizzas I could get from them. Yum!. By far, the best chicken pizza I have ever had. And the staff are so friendly! If you live in or near Collingwood this is definitely the best local pizza shop

Best pizza in the area by far!! I have eaten at all the local pizza places around here and have been continuously dissapointed until now! Crust pizza on Smith St was perfect! Staff were friendly service was great and fast and most importantly pizza was delicious!! Love all the exciting options that you don't get at other pizza places! I will be coming back in the future for sure!

Friggin Awesome!. One warm Friday night my friends and i sat around on the tables outside this restaurant and enjoyed the best pizza in town! service was perfect and pizza was delicious. such a chilled environment to enjoy your night out on the tables in smith st!

Stuffed up our order twice. We ordered two pizzas with the iPhone app with added guacamole, sour cream and tomato salsa. We picked up the pizzas and got home to realise they had not added the extras, and called them to ask for a refund on those extras. They said they would replace them instead and be at our place in 10 minutes. I assumed with fresh hot pizzas, but they said with the extras. We asked for a refund instead as our pizzas were already getting cold, but the guy said that the delivery driver had already left. When he arrived with the sauces for our cold pizzas, he had still forgotten the tomato salsa! Will not be returning.. ever.

Unbelievably Bad Service. Having received many menus in my letter box I decided to give Crust Pizza a try. I called the number on their flyer for the Fitzroy shop on Smith Street and was met by someone with a phone manner and tone I have not experienced in some time. <br/><br/>I could not understand the chap on the phone and asked "is this Crust Pizza" and the fella replied "Yes, of course it is, did you get the wrong number or something?". <br/><br/>Well excuse me for bothering to respond to your spam mail and having the temerity to order from your shop.<br/><br/>Looks like a triumph of marketing over customer service quality.

Good option .... If you're after one of the few pizza places that do a wholemeal pizza base, this is a good one! Great for those of us that are trying to stick to healthy, low GI diets (and for those that SHOULD!)

I usually order the Seafood pizza from St Kilda Crust when I'm working back & I'm always impressed by the generous and fresh toppings. I ordered from this particular location as it was close to home, but unfortunately it didn't compare. The Thai Beef salad was comparable but the pizza was lacking in both the amount of topping & the quality of the ingredients - not as fresh & highly likely to be frozen. I'll definitely be returning to the St kilda branch.
