There's no better place than Rasoee Griha in Sydney's Inner West if you're wanting an Indian meal. The food is amazingly fresh and flavoursome; the service is friendly, responsive and professional. The sauces are beautifully nuanced with both sides of sweet and spice; the meats are tender. The garlic naan served at my table was the freshest and best I've ever eaten. Thank you Paras, Praveen and the rest of the team!

We went here on a sunday, it was not crowded but the food was good. We just tried mains and both breads and the curries were good. Garlic naan was flavourfull and tandoori roti was made of wholemeal wheat which was a pleasant change compared t ok other places that serve tandoori roti made of flour. The malai kofta was nice and so was kadai panner. Also veg korma was nice but make sure you don't order mild. Veg korma would only taste nice if it is a little bit.

Has the management changed? We've been ordering from Rasoee Griha for about a year now and it has been nothing but enjoyable. Unfortunately, the last two times we've ordered from them, the quality has gone downhill. The meat is overcooked, the sauce is over-salted, the naan is chewy and just average, the delivery drivers refuse to deliver to our door (calling us to come out and collect), and they're always late; half hour over estimated 1 hour delivery time. I think it's now time to find something better in the area.

3/5. Ordered a delivery looking at the excellent comments for home like food. Turned out very much restauranty/commercial. The 2 curries both had immense amount of visible oil . High in spices. Didn't taste any better than the takeaway shops selling 9$ meals again full of oil to maintain "taste". Flip side the bread was good. The quality of paneer in the curry was soft and seemed fresh.

I have previously ordered from these guys a couple of times using menulog. The food was exceptional; however, the delivery has always been an issue. Their ETA once the order is placed is around 1 hour which is quite long compared to other Indian restaurants in the vicinity. Today I ordered for the third time using menulog. The initial ETA given was an hour (!) from order. However, the delivery was delayed by a further 20 mins.! I was hoping that at least the food would make up for it. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The Dal Tadka and Fish Kadhai masala lacked salt and were simply missing the flavours. The naan was dry and lifeless. Everything was boiling hot and packed in cheap plastic containers which is very harmful to health! Sorry guys, you stuffed up royally tonight; won't be ordering again from you. Much better food and delivery from competing Indian restaurants in the vicinity.

First time ordering but I had to cancel. They took my order, processed my payment but only then told me it would take at least an hour. Kids were hungry. I asked to cancel as it would take too long. They said they couldn’t reverse the transaction and I told them that I didn’t accept that was the case. They hung up. Ah well off to lodge the credit card dispute transaction. Probably best to avoid this restaurant as they’re not very nice.

Just walked in off street as staying in the area for work. Awesome food, very, very good Superb service from an owner. A splendid night totally unexpected. Highly recommended.
