Review Burger Business - Footscray

Brando The Pig
Outstanding flame grilled burgers on a milk bun. An excellent addition to the footscray scene, with a cool menu for everyone from those with massive appetites, to the classics and the vegetarians. Highly recommended

Another burger place to go in Footscray. Value for money. Will definitely come back again :D

Absolutely awesome! One of the best burgers I've had in ages!!

Since our friend recommended we try this local burger joint, we've not been anywhere else & we've been everywhere else looking for a really good burger. The burgers here are cooked to perfection and assembled in the best proportions. Staff are always friendly. Definitely worth a try if you haven't and don't forget to try their sweet potato chips too.

Nice juicy burgers and well priced!

Awesome burger, the quality products used are fresh and juicy and potato wedges are splendid too. Their prompt service is first-class staff are friendly and very helpful and the facilities indoor/outdoor area is just equally as good. Burger Business in no doubt is a winner for me, highly recommended.

Great burger, nice and friendly on a cold night, quick and efficient. The menu is a bit short on sides and drinks — for a cool little place like this I'd hope to see some wacky locally brewed sodas (I saw the Bundy pink grapefruit in the fridge, which is halfway there guys). And I should have tried the sweet potato fries. Next time...

Look, I actually expected better than this. They try to cater to the students from VUT, so they get a lunch special, but us workers don't qualify. They aren't licensed either. The burger was OK, but the chips were a little light on. The outside area was nice, would have been nicer if they put up the umbrellas, as it was a bit sunny, we moved seats, to get out of the sun. My burger would get 7 out of 10. Fries with bacon and cheese, 6 out of 10, and that's because there weren't enough of them.

As a mexican I can say this place is as far the most alike to a chicken restautant. Specially the beans and rice they are so authentic!! Salsas are really good and the best way to eat chicken is with the pico de gallo salsa, unless you are really brave to try the habanero salsa haha Very fair prices and such a nice staff!

We were told to try this place because it was really good. Burgers were quite tasty and not oily, bun was sweet. Fries were quite small for a large.

We dined at Burger Business for dinner last night and we were very impressed! I ordered the chicken wrap, which was light alternative to the burgers on the menu. The wrap was very tasty - the cheese in particular made it. My husband ordered the Mac Burger and he was absolutely thrilled with it. We would definitely go there again as we received great food, great service and it was inexpensive. Winner!

Great burgers. I had the chilli and it was very tasty! We had 4 burgers off the menu for our group and everyone was happy. The place is basic tables and leaving the door open is annoying. Music too loud (but I am old and whinge a lot)

Delicious, fresh tasting burgers with a great range of sides including yummy spicy cajun chicken bites and cheese & bacon fries. Smallish venue. Staff were very friendly.

Burger Business, a newer establishment which is located near the Nicholson Street VU campus has a nice vibe and the staff I dealt with were responsive and friendly. I had ordered the vege delights and sweet potato fries which set me back $15.50. The vege burger although not very photogenic was quite light and filling. The ingredients really played well together and the side of sweet fries was a nice touch (a tad too much salt for my liking). Parking isn’t terrible as you can get a spot right out the front or right behind (paid parking). I’d give this place another try and maybe attempt something with Beef. Would be nice to see a some sort of meal pack with chips, drink and your choice of side but I guess that’s the tread these days.

Terrible service. Left out avo and herbed may sause for the chips which I paid for separately and a chicken burger that looks 2 days old, hardly any sauce and brown lettuce leaf! Disgusting! I will encourgae everyone I know to stay away from this place!

Ordered the spicy cajun nuggets, chilli burger and I can't remember the name of the burger I got. Although the nuggets were a little dry I thoroughly enjoyed my burger! It was definitely a huge burger but it was so tasty. Definitely worth the $15 lunch deal with fries and a drink. Can't wait to come back!

Chicken supreme schnitzel burger with added bacon and pineapple. Bacon feast burger. Sweet potato fries. Cajun chicken nuggets.
Chicken burger was sensational. Juicy breast fillet is a rarity, all ingredients were super fresh and delicious. 11/10
Bacon feast burger was disappointing. Deliveroo menu did not state this was a double patty burger and the patties are huge. Patty to bun ratio was not for me but their bacon is yummo. 5/10
Sweet potato chips are the best I have ever had 10/10 that freaking herbed mayo is a perfect match.
Cajun chicken nuggets - cajun flavours don't cut through the grease flavour. A little dry, breast meat. 4/10
This is in my top 2 burger spots in Melb (the other is St Burgs - a fellow westie joint!). Would order those sweet potato chips and the chicken supreme for days.

The Burger Business is one of my personal favourite burger joints around town. Always greeted by friendly staff quickly, and one of the few places that offers a meal deal with real value. The burgers are always presented beautifully, with the thick beef the same size as the bun. The ingredients taste fresh, and is not too oily so is easy to handle the whole time without the need for a skewer. The chocolate shake was cheap at $6 and wowee such good consistency. I usually get the bacon feast but will have to try the chicken burger next time. The chips are pretty good and worth getting the meal for. The best in the West so far for me.

Burger was average, although there was nothing particularly bad about it, there wasn't anything good about it either. It was bland and disappointing. Chips (not pictured), were soggy and unenjoyable.

Have heard many good reviews about this place so when I was coming through around lunchtime today I knew I had to drop in. Thankfully I did, as the Classic Burger I enjoyed today was very nice...the burger was well presented & tasted as good as it looked...when the order came to my table the lady asked whether I wanted sauce & when I said "aioli" it was provided free of charge after advising that it usually attracts a charge...that's great service in my book & leaves you with a good feeling even with this small gesture...as a first time visited I didn't know they had the dipping sauce & will be happy to pay next time & yes there will definitely be a next time...food & service fabulous & if you are in Footscray, then this is a must!!!

Amazing chicken burgers 👍🏼

Would highly recommend to everybody!

Service is quick and the staff are very friendly.

Also there shakes are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good service and delicious burgers. We had a Bacon Feast and a True Blue. Beef patties were cooked well and were the size of the bun. Burgers are a good size and easy to hold (that is, contents don't slide out)
We also had a serve of beer battered chips which were crunchy and moorish. Good price, nice beer. Worth a visit.

Ordered:
🍔Cheeseburger: Premium beef grilled, cheese, pickles, ketchup, American mustard ($9.90)
🍟Fries with chilli salt: large ($4.90)

Food thoughts:
🏖They do the classic well! Although the chip portions was a bit small for a large size and then burger was also classically small, the flavour of the melted cheese smothering the beef was comforting and familiar.
The chilli salt on the chips was delicious and a great addition! Gave the chips a nice little kick :)

Water:
I like that their water was chilled in the fridge next to the cashier and cups inside. It keeps everything nice and frosty so it's absolutely perfect on a hot day.

I am a total burger addict and this place definitely satisfies my cravings. I love their cheeseburger it is simple yet delicious just as a burger should be.
First time here and I enjoyed the burger and chips. I ordered the Bacon Feast which has Premium beef grilled, Smokey bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Aioli and Ketchup. The buns are soft and so nice to eat. It was satisfying for me when I took a bite of the burger because nothing fell out. But besides that, I had the chilli salted fries which were delicious. I ordered the chips and burger in a meal which was from memory around $15 - $18, along with the drink. Service is nice, I came to eat on a Saturday (5pm) and it wasn't too busy. Would definitely come again to try their other burgers and wraps!

A few good places opening up out West. Good to see another burger joint on this side of town. These burgers are great and they don't feel too oily as some do, even though I like mine a bit fatty, these are top notch. The beef is really tasty and the ingredients are all fresh and that's what makes a good burger joint. The freshness.
Nicole
Ventured out to the west to see what the fuss was about and my word the trip was worth it! The patties on these burgers are char grilled which gives it a nice subtle flavour which cannot be found at any other burger joint. Highly recommend!
Must Be Hungry
Since when has Footscray become so pretentious? I came here for lunch today as I have gone to 8bit too many times and I needed to see what the burger scene in Footscray offers: Burger Business was the venue! Came in and warmly welcomed by an attentive and friendly staff member. Hands on the menu now, so much to choose from, specials, vegetarian burgers, everything (they only miss southern fried chicken burgers).
Bacon Feast plus chips and a drink sounded what I needed and $15 later (lunch special) there is was in all its glory.

Yesyesyes
Buns (oh those buns), pattie (who said it was bland did not come in this place) and the sauces.

Sososo
Chips (nothing extravagant but hey it is only chips)

Nonono
The bacon could have been crispier, however that is my own personal taste and I am sure many others love it as it is.

They sell beers, accept cash and cards payments and parking can be a bit tricky.

Ps. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR SPECIALS I SAW THE HULK (green buns and green sauce) and I must come back to try it

There was a meal deal that consisted of any burger, chips and a drink for only $15. I got the Classic Beef (usually $11.90) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and I didn't hate myself afterwards. It was very pretty and didn't fall apart which is always a plus. The loaded fries were a disappointment but standard fries were a winner. While they weren't the tastiest burgers I've had, they

We had seen lots of positive reviews about the Burger Business, so we headed out to Footscray for lunch to check them out.

The venue isn’t very large, but overall it is set up nicely and maximises the space. There are a couple of tables outside too which is a good option to have. The staff there were really pleasant. We went inside and ordered the ‘Supreme burger’ with an added beef patty, the ‘Bacon Feast burger’ with an extra beef patty, bacon and cheese fries, and a vanilla and Nutella milkshake. Everything was reasonably priced, as majority of the pricing was the average of other competitors.

We took a seat outside to wait. The shakes were brought out first. Both of them looked amazing – very simplistic in comparison to the crazy freakshakes on the market, but still great. Both flavours were creamy, rich and thick. The Nutella parfait on top of the shake was DELICIOUS. We could not get enough of it. Soon after, the bacon and cheese fries came out. It is a fairly small serving, but just enough to accompany a large burger. They were hot and crispy, and the chips were a thick cut. We loved the cheese sauce and bacon bits. This side was very impressive.

Then our burgers followed. They looked great, particularly the ‘Bacon Feast burger’. Despite the attractive aesthetic, we were unfortunately left slightly disappointed. The beef patties were cooked well, and we loved the fact that they weren’t greasy or heavy – but to us they tasted a little bland, like there was a lack of seasoning and slight dryness. The cheese was melted well, and the bacon tasted nice. The ‘Supreme burger’ was also a bit of a letdown, having the same beef issue. We were hoping the avocado and aioli could offer some salvage but they didn’t. Definitely not the worst burgers we’ve had, but there was room for improvement in our perspective.

We are looking forward to going back to the Burger Business to give them another go, as their staff were great, and their shakes and sides were phenomenal.

We're always on the look out for good vegetarian food options that don't break the bank.

Until recently, Footscray was missing a good vegetarian burger joint. 8-bit only do mushroom vegie burgers, and mushrooms are gross, so that takes them out of the running for me. Plus their food is always way too greasy, I end up feeling sick by the end of my meal.

These guys on the other hand have been a life saver. Fresh and healthy tasting vegie burgers, with a hint of complexity to them. Friendly service. Chips to die for. And outdoor seating in a relaxed environment.

I'm not sure if it's because of the location, or due to them being relatively undiscovered, but they're never completely packed out as well, so you don't have to wait too long for your food. The restaurant itself is nice and intimate, it's not too fancy so you don't feel like you have to dress up and impress anybody. A nice low key environment to relax and eat.

Staff are friendly and the service is good. Prices are fantastic as well, it's not going to break the bank, and I always feel like i'm getting value for my money.

A++, would recommend.

Got the bacon feast with an extra pattie, sweet potato fries, cheese and bacon fries and shake. The burger was juicy, ingredients were very fresh and very filling. Bun held together well and was of high quality. Sweet potato fries were fantastic but the fries seemed to be under cooked. salted caramel shake was brilliant and highly recommended.

Overall a great place to get your burger fix....highly recommended!

BEST SWEET POTATO CHIPS!! The chips were a standout in this meal.
The chicken burgers, spicy fiesta and supreme were nice but not amazing. It was in a turkish bun and the supreme tasted bland. This was fixed by adding the chilli sauce they have on the side. The spicy fiesta was not personally spicy and I expected more . The basic tomato sauce, bbq, sriracha and chilli sauce were all free which was good because too many places now charge for basic ketchup. The schnitzel was cooked really well and had a good crunch to them.

Great burger options. As a first time option I tried the Bacon Feast. Loaded between the fresh buns was crispy bacon and a juicy, but not dripping, beef pattie. Leafy fresh lettuce, yum. Great burger. I'll be back! You tube review on GoJoMedia Geoff.
Chelsea Cottonaro
Great service and very welcoming interior! Was happy with the overall physical experience, and the burgers were very good. We had the Classic Beef burger with a side of chips- the patty was cooked nicely and the chips were crunchy. Also ordered the Nutella milkshake and it was delightful.

Burger Business is a new addition to the Footscray dining scene. It brings you quintessential American comfort food. I’m talking about burgers, cheese, loaded fries, cheese, milkshakes, and of course cheese. Opening its doors in January 2016, the guys and dolls at Burger Business pride themselves on using artisanal buns, house made sauces and freshly made burger patties and chicken schnitzels. It’s all about laid back, casual dining and good food at Burger Business. They’ve got indoor seating for the cooler months, an outdoor courtyard for the warmer months, and the licence to serve alcohol.

Great burgers. Fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced considering what some burger joints charge these days. Had the Chicken Supreme and BaconFeast. Also had the cheese and bacon fries which were incredible.

A&S Eat Everything
Headed down to Burger Business on our usual burger dates. The place is tucked away in what seems like a quiet part of Footscray and there's a few people in there. Menu is nice and simple with some specials on the specials board.

We order a couple of The Reapers, a Cheeseburger and the Spicy Fiesta. All with chips and drinks too. The Reapers were impressive, both in size and taste. The patties were cooked perfectly with the melted cheese oozing in between. The Cheeseburger was very similar but obviously smaller in size. The chips were nice too, home style thick cut chips with excellent dipping sauce. The only average part of the meal was the Spicy Fiesta. The chicken and other condiments were good in flavour however the size of the bun was the let down. Very big bun, not as soft and more like a focaccia(or so i believe). Would have been great if the bun was similar to that of the cheeseburger.

Overall excellent meal and great value. Nice little gem tucked away in a forgotten corner of Footscrazy. Great alternative to 8bit if waiting in line for 1hour isn't your thing.

Footscray! Here comes a new (burger) challenger!

If you're ever around the area you should totally give the burger business a visit.

Really solid food and service was great. Plus there are two pokestops near by.
WestSlice
Been here a few times now. Hands down a better burger than 8bit. Doesn't have the vibe or atmosphere for sure so you go for a burger and get out without hanging around. No crowds though so you can get served without the wait.

Went to this subtle rustic burger bar with normal expectations. We were greeted and were not rushed to order, the cashier also let us change our minds when we decided to go the reaper. Which was 3 superbly cooked meat patties bundled into one amazing burger. Definitely recommend.
Mylo
Saw the photos on instagram and had try these burgers for myself. Ordered "The Reaper" 3x Beef, 1 x Chicken, 4x cheese and although it looked great, the beef was really dry throughout and made it difficult to eat. Friend of mine ordered the exact same thing and had the same experience. The Nutella Shake on the other hand is to die for and the cheese and bacon fries were a little under cooked but ok. Based on all the other reviews I've read I might have had a bad batch so I may give this place another chance one day.
Me Want Food
Best veggie burger I've had in a long time. It wasn't oily, held together and tasted delicious! The fries with chilli salt are awesome. The service when we ordered over the phone and when we collected was excellent.
Dave
Best burgers in Footscray. Well balanced and not oily (Like 8-Bit). Awesome cajun chicken nuggets and pretty decent fries too. Just wish I discovered it sooner!!!
Izzy Millwood
Sweet potato fries with chilli salt are excellent, and burgers are always so fresh and tasty. Love that I can call up and pre-order to avoid the lunch time rush. Only ever had one incident where my patty was a raw on the inside and had to go in the bin, but 1 out of 6 ain't bad. The cheeseburger plus added bacon is a winner for sure. Also the astro turfed courtyard is super cute for weekend burger and beer hangs.
Yank26
The burgers were great the ingredients were fresh and you can tell there is alot of care and pride put into making these burgers.

The only feedback i would have for the the owners is the service. It was a bit slow and not because they were sloppy and didnt care it was just obvious they are new to the business. As soon as the this improves im sure they will do very well.

DamoForce Food
Great option for the West! 8bit is a little over rated at times and tends to be hit an miss with us having some very bad experiences. BB flamed grilled beef is great, and the pan fried chicken is something different but was enjoyed. Sweet potato chips are a must! Some of the best we have had.
Mr MM Smith
much better than 8bit, fresh ingredients, not too oily which is always a plus, friendly staff and good range on the menu. I opted for the bacon feast which was delicious. Happy to say the bun stayed intact which is a near miracle..oh, great fries too.
Charis
Burger business has become my go to burger joint in Footscray. What I love about this place is the amount of care that goes into making the burger. Fluffy buns, fresh lettuce and smokey beef patties. Chips are always amazingly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chilli salt give their chips a lovely zing but it can get a little bit overwhelming if you are not a spice lover. Overall a wonderful addition to burger joints in the west!
Tom Bielski
Wrong address listed. Couldn't find the place. Gave up after 40 minutes. Gps takes you to a kebab shop. I would happily change the rating, but I can't even dine here because I'm directed elsewhere. Very disappointed
Fancygal
Reasonably priced, good atmosphere, friendly service. Burger bun a little dry but overall ultimately enjoyable. Free rum ball to wash it all down. Would come back, good value for money and good vego option for my sister!
Ru
Really tasty burgers with the best ingredients delivered with real friendliness. Most of all a superb range of chilli sauces available on the tables for all kinds of hotness. Gets pricey if you're feeling hungry though
Amy Marks
Been here twice, once just for a dinner with a friend and then last night, I took a group there for dinner. The staff are absolutely lovely and my friends stated that the milkshakes are totally instagram worthy! The burgers are also pretty great, with cheaper add-ons than some places and decent value. Definitely one of the best burger places I've been too!
Hello. Imnikki
It may not be the best burger that I have eaten but I definitely appreciate the care that was put into crafting the burger. The bun was nicely toasted and the melty cheese, yum! The chilli burger had a nice zing to it from the jalapeños and the chilli sauce. Taste-wise there is nothing to complain about. Only letdown was the beef patty. It was overdone, causing it to be somewhat crispy and dry and I was sorely missing the burger juice that usually flows from my burger. The milkshake did helped cheer me up; it was velvety smooth and creamy, just like how a milkshake should be and not some watered down concoction or diabetes moonlighting as a drink. Service was really friendly and laid back. We were offered complimentary brownies for dessert after we finished our meal.
Jed Bowtell
It's nice to see a new burger joint serving something other than the standard American-style burger. The burgers here are closer in style to those at Grill'd, but are a lot better and thankfully, more reasonably priced.
Hayden Nguyen
Great burger, the beef is juicy, nice place. Staffs are friendly. The menu is interesting, they also serve alcohol. Good choice to meet friends with group
Emily Grace
Burger Business is the business. I have never written a food review before but believe this burger outlet deserves one. The staff are wonderful, the sweet potato chips are unreal and the burgers are fresh, juicy and cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a burger place that doesn't feel greasy or sloppy these guys are your best bet. Certainly deserve to be in Melbourne's top 5 burger restaurants!
Ronanmellan
Had the chicken burger, but as advertised in the menu, it's really a pan cooked schnitzel. Mega tasty, not overloaded so it spills everywhere. Nice and simple when that's all I want. Also sell Footscray Ale which is always welcome to see. Friendly service rounds off an enjoyable bite to eat. Will be back for sure.
The Hungry Moustache
Burger Business opened just as we barely rolled over to 2016 and as a local, escaped my grasp and flew under the radar for a while. That is, until we used sophisticated instruments for tracking down burger entities in Footscray, cross-referencing the tasty scale and juicy index for reference purposes (it popped up on my friends Facebook).
Ned
The quality is excellent. A tad more variety would be great but you can't complain about the taste of the food that comes out. A better option than 8bit in my opinion and I will certainly be back to this one.
Tuyen Nguyen
Top notch burgers for great prices. Get the $15 meal deal which gets you a burger, small chips and soft drink. Staff gave us each a free mini brownie to finish off our meals too.
Juicy and decent size beef patties. Chicken schnitzel is ok but it's breast meat so not as flavourful as using thigh meat.
Definitely my new goto place in the west for burgers. Surprised it's so quiet, I guess the word hasn't gotten out yet about this new burger joint.
Coffee Maverick
Look, I'll start by saying this wasn't the best burger I've ever had, but the effort was top notch. In my attempt to eat my high fat, low carb diet, these gorgeous burger munchers gave me exactly what I want. It seemed like a good family business, I'd definitely be back, but they need more cheese! Nothing gets me going more than extra cheese.
Noah Esposito
Last Thursday I made my way down to Footscray, to try out the new burger shop on the block The Burger Business. I had heard a lot about this place, but with the original 8bit around the corner, i was sceptical. It is in a nice location not to far from the station and the vibe of the store awesome. I love being able to watch the chefs cook, it makes me extra hungry.
Teafo
Absolutely delicious burgers! Meat patties are lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection. One of the BEST burgers I've had in a long time! The chips and dipping sauces are also delicious, and we were given a little piece of chocolate brownie each as a treat on the house. Will definitely be back for sure. I highly recommend trying it!
QQ
Dont be fool by the low rating. The burgers are nice and juicy. Good sitting area and kid friendly. Found it better than 8 bits as bun not as oily. Due to the location. Not as packed as 8 bits but i am sure it will catch up soon.
I'm Batman
Burger business is the other burger joint in Footscray. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ITS 3/5 rating. This place is legit.

I guess the pics speak for themselves. I ordered the bacon feast with x2 patties and cheese, small fries, and got a free brownie.

The burger.......gosh it was juicy. The mid-section bite gave me a glimpse of how freshly ground the patties were. The cheese was dripping to the side, and the salad was nice. Bacon was smoky but it could've been a bit more more crispy but that's why this joint is 4/5, not a 5/5.

Anyway, great joint. Too bad they don't have a fried chicken burger. A return trip has been booked!

Tacobelrey
Re-review. Burger Business is now my go-to for a local kickass burger. The burgers are perfect and totally more than what you pay for in quality and taste. The Bacon Feast will get you a juicy patty with subtle char, hot melted cheese, and bacon that is crispy and surprisingly not dry. The bun is fluffy, no added grease. Chips are perfect, including the sweet potato. Service is A+, smiles all round and occasional 'on the house' goodies. Seriously, these guys are ridiculously awesome. Do yourself a favour and check into Burger Business. 🤘
Eric&Lisa
One of the newest burger joints to hit the west, and a really good one too! I had the bacon burger with add on chicken, and to my delight the burger came out looking big and juicy. The flavours and freshness of the burger was all there, it was easy to eat and patty was cooked to perfection. The chips were very crispy and also tasty. Overall it was a good experience: the food was great, the staff was friendly and i would definitely come back!
Thrice As Nice
Recently new to the Footscray food scene located near the State Trustee high rise, this new addition in 2016 is a great competitor to 8bit. Footscray is slowly changing from an Asian and African dominated food hub to a more modern, young and urban environment.

Only open on weekdays, it gave us a great excuse to eat burgers for dinner mid week. There is a great back garden where we made ourselves comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly, exactly what you would expect from a new business.

We ordered the Chilli burger, classic beef burger and chicken burger meals (a meal includes thick cut Chilli chips, burger and a drink). All three burgers were lovely. The bun is fresh and is not the same as 8bit which tends to be greasy. This is not an oily brioche bun. Salad used in the burgers are evidently fresh. Patties are nice and thick with not too much fat.

Service was impeccable. We were offered chicken nuggets for my son (not in menu which I presume is a trial dish) we accepted. Not only did they make my son the chicken nuggets (which resembled chicken popcorn from KFC) but they also made an adult Chilli version. Yummo! We were not charged the chicken nuggets which added to the A1 service. They are very attentive.

Overall I prefer burger business to 8bit. Close comparison to Grilled.

Burgers Of Melbourne
2 x Beef, 2 x Cheese, 2 x Bacon, Lettuce, Aioli and Ketchup (added Jalapeños): $17.90 (single with no additions $11.90). Welcome a new burger joint to the western suburbs, Footscray has a new local by the name of Burger Business. Burger Business opened it's doors on 6th January 2016. Early days they are only open for trade during the week, but come a few more weeks the weekend trade will shine.

The beef patties were awesome and the clear stand out in this burger, they were cooked to perfection, a little bit of pink, soft and juicy.

Without mods, the burgers at Burger Business range between $9-$12 which is an absolute steal for the quality received. Extra patties with cheese are $4 which is also a good price for 170g size.

Burger Business is a great new addition to the burger scene and is one to add to the list, definitely head down and check it out.
Food Etc.
I saw a review of this new Footscray burger joint from Burgers of Melbourne, and was motivated to get down there quick smart. It has been 2 weeks since my last burger, and the withdrawals were strong. I was excited all day about this one. Simply couldn’t wait for this burger to pass my lips. My excitement was short lived however. The menu left me a little disappointed. Given my rule of sticking to a simple cheeseburger on my first visit, I was hoping for some loaded fries, or perhaps onion rings to fill out my order – I was quite hungry! Alas, only chips on offer. There were two burgers on the menu that were close to what I wanted. One was the cheeseburger, but came sans salad. The other was the beef burger, but it was advertised with herb mayo, and other such strange concoctions.

Great burgers, just probably need to get the service right, give them the benefit of the doubt as they're still a little new. Cool place to hang out at the back outdoors.
Emily Spiteri
exceptional pattie, exceptional bun, and obviously tasty fresh ingreditients, we've eaten many a burger but this has to be the freshiest tastiest burger we've consumed, for a place thats new to the burger scene in melbourne, this was a great tasting burger, the Bacon burger was great and the service was friendly speedy, the outdoor area was a great place to eat ; we have found our new local burger business, see you again next Thursday
Liz
Popped in for lunch and received a solid, unpretentious cheeseburger. In fact, it was so unpretentious, my first impression was that the bun was a little too reminiscent of Macca's -- but then I fell in love with the perfect beef pattie and stopped caring.

Good, quick service, pleasant staff -- it's quiet right now, but I hope it sticks around long enough for me to try the rest of the menu.
