There is a reason we keep going back to this place for Indian food even though we are on the other side of Melbourne. Its one of the best.

Staff great and helpful, food cooked quickly and portion sizes are spot on.
Firstly, No one have attended the table to take the order until we called someone from the main counter.
Pathetic service, especially the lady who took the order was rude.
- Main course was served before the starters. The man who served us main course had no idea about starters we ordered. He said
nice restaurant, food is good, customer service is good aswell. Just require few upgrade here and there to maintain standards for example 'proper ice bucket for wines/champagne'.
Overall we enjoyed our visit and will love to visit again 😊
As I says food business succeeds with major two things… ‘service & quality of food’. Food is quiet good. But the gentleman at front is more into phone, less attentive - approachable & less willing to serves the customers with genuine smile on face. Once I asked a question about particular food dish

It was Friday evening but the restaurant was almost empty; may he because of the rain. It was our first time here. The floor was sticky. They didn't have enough floor staff, and they were not paying attention to people dining in. Probably busy in kitchen with take away orders. I ordered north Indian
The innovative customer service (a robot delivers your food) and ambience is good. However, food is on next level high. Good place to celebrate special occasions. On weekends or busy hours, finding parking near by can be a challenge. There is ample of parking in the vicinity of 100m though.
