Review Johns Nuts & Deli - Footscray

A great place to buy good quality coffee beans at a reasonable price. George the owner, will make up a 'special blend' for you if you let him know what style of coffee you like. The girls who work on the weekends are always friendly and helpful too. It's a pleasure to shop here.

This place has a great deli counter full of nuts, snacks, dried fruit and coffee and shelves full of many pickles, preserves, grains, pulses and sauces from many international origins. Good quality stuff. And the staff are lovely too. Addicted to the pistachios.

Unbelievably rude. Geez, I tried to find an alternate way to share this review with the owner but it seems Google is the only way (regrettably public). Walked in here and got treated like absolute **** by the young girl behind the counter. I've seen other reviews alluding to a similar thing. Couldn't believe it. Just an awful experience based on nothing but a simple walk-in/walk-out purchase. Store seems to stock great product, but what is going on with that one girl..? Racist or is she like that to everybody? Felt like she wanted to fight me and all I did was walk in. Ridiculous behaviour.

Great shop, I go there to buy coffee. When I go there I always cross my fingers before coming in hoping not to be attended by any of his female staff. The owner is lovely and helpful, you can tell he loves his business. The staff's attitude though, scares me more than Sephora staffs.

Been coming here for years. Obviously one of the best places for nuts seeds coffee beans drinks and other hard to find items. Thanks for the continued friendly interactions and high quality ingredince by the kilogram :) :)

Im not one to give bad reviews, but unfortunately the customer service I received today deserves a zero ⭐ ... not a one ⭐.. Im not knocking the shop at all... the young African girl in attendance today Saturday 21st of March.has a discusting attitude , I will never attend this shop again , to be made to feel victimized by a child is not great customer service in my eyes.. absolutely appaulling female representing your business .

Always a pleasure visiting this shop. A huge range of products and friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond.
