Food was very delicious and flavourful however need to improve on quantity-Chapli kebab). Other portions small for price. Chicken corn soup was amazing

We order chicken 65 spices, but we got mild n its not full in the Container, only half food in the Container, I'm not at all satisfied, worst service

This place has the true authentic taste of Hyderabadi Briyani and top of that they serve all other Indian dishes with great customer service

If i could give a negative rating, i would. I finished work late and was starving so i ordered butter chicken and garlic naan from The Diners, Footscray. The gravy of the butter chicken was so runny and garlic naans were so bad.

Food hygiene terrible and no solution offered when we received curry with big iron bolt in it. Simply there busy and ruined our dinner.... terrible commiunication and absolutely 000 customer service and care. Pls folks watch out for nasties and poor hygiene..... never order again .....

Extremely rude, couldn't get served, and when I asked for one of them to come closer because they were trying to talk to me from the kitchen, I was yelled at from the kitchen to wait 15 minutes to pick up my order. Absolutely pathetic way to speak to your patrons.

We have been there quite a faw times, specially during weekend lunch for the buffet. The spread is not too varied but for the price, it's good enough. The chicken biryani and the chicken 65 are my favourites, also the payasam !! Waiting for them to re-open their weekend buffet.

Absolutely delicious! The dishes are slightly different from a usual takeaway... deeper spices, richer in depth, and more heat. We loved the Eggplant masala and the Chicken Hari Mirch. Quite rich dishes, but good portions and definitely felt we got a good deal with 3 mains and an paneer entree for 3 hearty eaters. Delivery arrived earlier than expected, piping hot and yummy. We will definitely order again!

Not satisfied with the food quality, ordered lollipop with very small quantity and it was tasteless, ordered biryani, it was just ok, i can hardly see the SALAN (gravy)

Diners used to be good you should be ashamed of yourself to serve customers food like this. It's absolute rubbish burnt food called the shop nothing but just a blunt apology. While I speaking to you on the phone all I heard was the food was fresh which is what I wasnt asking. I was telling you s<br/>erved me burnt food that I wouldn't even feed my dog. Truly dissatisfied and dissapointed . Didn't even offer a replacement go and learn the meaning of hospitality first and then run a restaurant.

The food tastes great but every single time it has taken the restaurant 90 minutes at the minimum to deliver food to a place that is 15 mins drive! <br/>The last delivery was so disappointing. I waited for 90 minutes , then called the restaurant and the guy tells me the driver left like an hour ago. To my surprise, I was also told that it is normal for them to take this long and that I need to wait! It took the driver another 30 minutes to get me the food. Dropping my rating to 3 from 5! <br/><br/>........................................................................................<br/><br/>This place deserves a 5 star! Finally an Indian place in footscray that we can blindly go to. The owner was very friendly and advised us to trust his dishes. After trying the food, we only could say that he knew what he was doing. Plus he gave us an amazing dessert complimentary :) A must recommend for the biryanis (we had all the varieties goat, chicken and vegetarian) And their Eggplant masala is like no other place! Well done guys!

Was craving for some Chicken Biryani and I was damn disappointed. The chicken was not fresh. The rice used was probably sitting for days and just been microwaved. The naan is spoiled and the yogurt that comes with the Biryani taste weird. A great introduction to authentic Pakistani food. Not without flavour, our 3 dishes were very 'moorish'. Delivery was prompt, would order again.

Gorgeous tasting goat biryani, possibly better than Chilli India in Melbourne Central. Fabulous paneer 65 and fish manchuria. It's one of my favourite takeaway places.

Best Indian food outside Hyderabad. I've eaten a few curries in my time and I was really impressed with the taste and the value. I can't wait to go back for the buffet so I can try everything.

I really rated this. True home cooked Indian with the service to match. That said I only had the biriani. Can't wait to go back and try their curries.

Came to get few breads from the place and after I ordered the lady changed the price of the breads from 2$ a piece to 2.50$ a piece....when I asked why age says...if you take only breads is extra but nothing of this sort has been mentioned on the menu...ridiculous not coming back...!!!

We just ate here and it was AMAZING! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They suggested fantastic curries and the vegetable samosas were unreal. The best Indian I've had in Melbourne. Would definitely recommend

Eggplant masala deliciousness. This place is great. I like it because the service is friendly and attentive, serving size huge (plenty to take away), prices more than reasonable, parking is convenient (a lot more convenient than Footscray CBD) and a nice, comfortable space in which to enjoy my food. Really happy I stopped by. I was also advised of the excellent function area that they have available which would be perfect for parties. Go to Diners and enjoy it as much as I did.

I loved each and everything about Diner's,the kebabs,the BBQ platter,the curries,the biryani and the desserts r all authentic Indian/Pakistani flavours...<br/>Must try. the garden setting at the rear is the place to be while u dine there,nice and peaceful and great service.

The flavours are AMAZING! Pretty much everything you order will make your senses come to life. Not the best naan I've had so would order the rice next time. Don't let the front seating area put you off - go to the back instead and escape the city for a couple of hours. Also, no alcohol & no BYO, which is so refreshing, just like the mango/yogurt drink mmm! Great service, great value - charming! Thank you

Sensational food!. The food here is sensational! The Vegetable Samosas were top notch and the Butter Chicken was up there with the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this place, right in the heart of the West.

Great food great value. We ordered takeaway and the food was ready upon arrive. Still nice and hot when we got home. We ordered the butter chicken and chicken tikka with rice and it was all delicious! Originally I thought it was a bit pricey, but they make up for it with a decent amount of meat and heaps of the sauces. Will definitely head back there soon :). The owner was also very friendly. Overall great service!

This place is de-licious. As good as Aangan, which is a big call when it comes to Indian food. We've had their mixed platter, a delicious mix of BBQ Indian style with a lovely minty sauce. The chicken marinated in cheese, coriander and chilli is particularly yummy. We've also tried some curries - their lamb specialty is sooooo good. A must try. Butter chicken is also very good. Aloo paratha also awesome.
