Located in Forbes, New South Wales on 11 Sheriff Street, Roundabout Bakery. They have excellent potato pies and other pies and sausage rolls, sandwiches and rolls. A wide range of tarts and slices and donuts with coffee or hot chocolate and other drinks.
Food was disgusting. The pastie and sausage roll I ordered I left on the table. Dried out, and don't know if it had been reheated. Just terrible.
Whenever I drive through Forbes on my delivery run I make it a priority to stop at Roundabout Bakery for brekky and a coffee, absolutely delicious food and the service is wonderful!
Walked in at 2:10 pm on Sunday only to be told they were closed. I would have been happy with buying a drink but the rude staff were too concerned about getting me out the door.
LOCK the door next time.
Not that it'll make a lick of difference but I won't be coming back again.
I got a pepper pie from here for $4.90. It was only half full and the filling was mostly gravy. I've had better frozen pies from the supermarket.
No pies at 1pm. Plenty of great bread. Nice staff.
