Best fish and chips in NSW indeed!!
We love your soft but crunchy fish and the flavours are truly savoury, yum! Worth the price definitely! We may be living a bit far now but we cannot forget how much we enjoyed every bit of your food!

Says on the window best fish and chips and heck yes it just may be. Huge portions that could easily be shared between two but we made a good showing of getting through our choice. Fish had flavour and batter was light, thin and crisp. Prawns, chips and squid rings were no less satisfying. Top notch just like they promised!

Tip top chippy. Fish is great and in a super crunchy batter. Staff super happy and interested in their customers experience. Bottle shop opposite for some vino. Will be back.

One of the best fish and chips in NSW. Service is friendly also. Crispy and fried to perfection and perfect after a beach session in Forster. Nice outdoor seating area provided.

Came here on our last day in Forster for a lunch and it was amazing.
- Staffs were super friendly.
- My friends got the caramel pineapple fritter and it was delicious. The caramel sauce was so good, we were dipping our fish and chips in it too.
- Oysters were also very good
We sat outside and saw their sign that they had fried mars bar for $3 and it was warm and gooey, just what we needed on a wet day.
Definitely a must-visit in Forster.

It's a shame... This place could be really good. The prices are reasonable, the food is well cooked... It's just that if you are interested in sustainability at all, this place is really bad. Most of the seafood on the menu is unsustainably fished, and even though there are some sustainable choices, I don't like the idea of supporting a business that doesn't seem to care about sustainable seafood. Their waste management doesn't seem to be any great shakes either... Food waste, recyclables and non recyclables all go in to the same bin.

My husband and I wanted to find good seafood before leaving Australia too return home in America.
We found Beach St. Seafood in Forster NSW and what a find. The prawn cutlets was awesome but the fried ice cream is to die for. The absolute best was meeting John, John, John and Jim. We had a wonderful time visiting with them.

All seafood (Fish, calamari, prawns) were cooked well.... doesn't have the oily greasy taste some places have.. light batter and very tasty.
The premises was super clean... and Staff polite and welcoming.

Fish & chips<br/><br/>The sign out the front says NSW's best fish & chips - I don't know about that but it was certainly delicious and fresh. Our flathead tails were covered in a light crispy batter, the salt and pepper squid was tasty and cooked to perfection and the chips were amazing. The staff were super nice and friendly too!

Best fish and chips I've ever had. Everything is extremely crunchy and fresh. The battered fish and salt'n pepper calamari are also very tender. I've had my fair share of seafood from all over Sydney, and even the fish markets does not compare. The owner and staff are also friendly and we've been told they change their oil for frying daily :-)

Extremely overpriced, even for good quality fish and chips. Although the staff were very polite, chips were only half cooked and soggy, fish wasn't cooked all the way through. The scallops were nice though. Would not eat here again.
