Review Flourish Cafe - Frankston

Matthew Aitken
Great little café for the locals of Frankston South. The coffee is fantastic and has a variety of breakfast dishes to choose from. The big breakfast is certainly all you could ask for! The waiting staff were friendly and prompt on arrival, the atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. Highly recommend a visit.

Have been here a couple of times as it is close to my sons swimming. With most cafés closed on the PH thought I would eat in.. The coffee was incredible.. chicken and bacon focaccia, WOW!

My wife and I are big brunch fans. We try to get around to new places so that we can try all the breakfast foods. We landed here today, and I have to say that it was the best breakfast we've had in the area. Great food, and service with a smile.

Amazing Cafe, plenty of outdoor dining available, they take the safety of the staff and customers seriously as seen in the photo. The staff are always lovely here, would recommend!

The best breakfast burger I've ever had in my life, representing extremely high quality with great value for money, this hidden little gem is one of the best go to spots on the Peninsula, the staff are delightful and go above and beyond to make customers day better. Couldn't recommend any more!
James Woodland
One of my favourite cafes on the Peninsula. Great food and coffee.

Just had a great flat white and gorgeous house made warmed carrot and walnut cake, sitting outside in the sun. What could be better...... local, comfortable, friendly, high quality and supporting small business. A lovely treat when you need one (on your own is fine, like me! ) Lucky to have you in Norman Ave Flourish :)

Keep coming back and always happy. Tucked away a short walk from the Sweetwater Creek paths its a little slice of heaven that serves up a little slice of heavenly food. Tracey has a personality that is quite infectious and makes every visit a lot of fun. Thanks for so many great visits.

I frequent Flourish through the working week as I find the service to be truly exceptional and the meals to be great value for money and extremely tasty. It's a nice quiet setting and I've never had a single complaint to make. I would probably say I'm a regular at the point visiting at least a couple of times a week.

Unfortunately our midweek breakfast was not a pleasant experience. For some reason customer service was an unknown concept of the staff member serving us.
The basic skills of cooking poached eggs is yet to be learnt.

An awesome café, a great selection of tasty dishes and is tucked away on a quiet street. It boasts an impressive breakfast selection with meals fit for the kings, along with an epic vibe and great staff the restaurant incorporates all into a truly awesome dining experience.

Fantastic cafe, great service and excellent food. My favourite place for breakfast. They are now doing High Tea on the second Sunday of the month. Great idea for mothers day. My friends went last Sunday and said this was the best High Tea they have ever had but suggested not to eat lunch as there is so much food!

Nice little cafe with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and efficient and prices were reasonable. Parking in the street was easy and free. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Coffee... I wish they had better coffee. I live local but from now on go to French Bakehouse for my coffee. Otherwise it's nice.

Fail. I desperately want this place to be good. It has all the ingredients- great location, cute store, good looking food.
Unfortunately looks can be deceiving- on entering i was told the food on display was 'not set'. Who knows what that means. I had to ask 3 times what was for sale! Then my takeaway salmon and potato w salad was warmed, then cucumber placed ontop. Sorry cooked cucumber not my thing. There was so much dressing on the salad the plate was oil laden- and i didnt even want dressing!!
Lastly the coffee- a long mac is not a strong late! If u cant make the coffee, just say- i wld have ordered something u cld have made

Have had breaky and lunch at this lovely cafe and all were great. Breaky menu is different from the normal and always fresh. Now they are doing pasta on Monday nights and it was delicious. Nice to finally go somewhere where the service is good and same with the food.
My favourite place now. Anne

Getting slack. I've been to this cafe a few times now, mostly to get coffee which is ok but have had a couple of meals here. Went for lunch yesterday and it was almost uneatable, the baguette was stale and filled with so much mixed lettuce the sausage didn't even fit in it which meant i had to eat each part of the meal separately, not really what you want in a saturday arvo lunch, i hate asking for a roll/sandwich and then not being able to eat it like one - whats the point!!.. Went for breakfast this morning and got the blueberry pancakes - more like rectangle crispy pancakes that have been almost deep fried in too much butter with some yoghurt slopped on the top. i wont be going back for a meal and the more i talk about my experience to other people the more people have agreed with me... the chefs should really lift their game and take some more time and care in their cooking and presentation. bad news travels fast.

Good find. Quietly tucked away in a relaxed group of shops this cafe is great. God fit and space inside as well as table out front. Service was speedy and coffee was good. I didn't eat but will venture back to do so. Impressed!

Absolute Hidden Delight. We love that this quaint little cafe is within walking distance. The coffee is great & hot, the food from what we can tell is mostly made on site and the muffins are delicious! Today's being apricot + chocolate, warmed = heaven. The service is always helpful and friendly too. The only thing to keep in mind is that because the cafe is small and popular with the locals, it can get a little cramped - especially on weekends. Otherwise a great local gem!

Pretty place. It's a great little hidden gem. The coffee is always decent. The menu ( brekky ) is good too. I seem to get the impression that the tiny kitchen struggles if its busy though.
