What an awesome place don’t worry about the chain style places do yourself a favour and try this place out. Food was very good ,staff are super friendly and the place had a very cool vibe to it 😊

Great burgers, super friendly staff, smaller venue with a cosy feel and very reasonably priced.

The joint is nicely decorated. Looks like a fairly decent renovation. They've got the cool exposed element light globes and rough brick walls. Service was friendly and the restaurant was pretty cosy. Some decent tunes on as well. Lost a couple of stars because the website advertised pints of Humdinger Pilsner for happy hour but when we got there they only have Furphy, which is a horrible beer. Probably wouldn't have bothered heading there for a cheeky brew if I'd known that.

Not a good experience this time around. The staff appeared inexperienced with significantly poor customer service. We were told off for not wearing masks (fair enough), however only 30% of staff were wearing masks and none wearing masks appropriately. I was charged for an incorrect meal that took 30mins to rectify. Unfortunately I overpaid for my meal just to solve the problem. Overall there was an impression that our service was stressful to staff, and we were a hassle to serve. The food was of a overall good standard, although the beer was not cold.

An excellent place to chill, relax and chat Awesome fries and burgers. The team very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

First time eating here last night. It was all delish. Staff were very helpful with qsts I had about the menu. Will definitely be back. Have a kids menu as well.

Been about 5 times so far and had fantastic meals everytime, great staff and atmosphere my no1 go to now

I am re submitting my review. Never would i consider deleting a negative review and replace it completely but in this case it is well deserved. After yes a dissapointing experience a few weeks ago we were offered a free meal and chance for the owner to show the changes she has made and we are so very impressed. We stopped in and only gave the owner an hours notice that we would be comming in. So no way could it be said that the meal or staff were added to impress. The staff have changed the chef is different and its obvious how many changes were made in the last few weeks. Get in there people and experience their parma for yourself. We will be back again!!

Food is terrible! Dry overcooked chicken and half cooked chips. Not a great place to have a meal. Thankfully Frankston is full of other places that serve better food.

Awsome new owners, great food and great vibes. I got the jucy Lucy and some battered pickles both went down great with a lazy yak. Highly recommend trying it out.

Great place to watch the footy upstairs on the big screen. The mac and cheese slappers and cheese burger rolls were off the chart. Great bugers and drinks

Terrible. We visited before a show on Tuesday nignt. We were told 'no parmas' upon arrival which was fine. But to then be told when ordering 'no pulled pork, no veggie patties' was another. The owner offered to make a veggie pattie from scratch as there were qualified chef's in the kitchen. An altered order was placed, and the meal we received was completely different. Meals all arrived at different times, and the chips were cold. When brought to the attention of the owner the reply was ''oh are they cold? I can get you some more, chips arent going to send us broke''.. You know what will..? Poor service, lack of/cold food, uninterested staff & constant refunds. When asking for a refund of the meals, we mentioned that my wife was allergic to something on the 'altered burger' which we DID NOT order and was completely different. The owners response.. "next time you need to inform us if you have an allergy." Why should we inform you of an allergy if it is a completely different menu item? Make sure the correct food is served to your patrons and there wouldnt be an issue! 3 other groups were also getting refunds at the same time. The bartender appologised for the food and kindly gave us a refund as he/she ''has to deal with it most nights". We have visited MANY times over the years but sadly we will not be returning to your venue in the future nor will we be recommending it to friends and family. Very disappointed. Get your head in the game Humdinger (new owners)! Your menu also needs the spell checker running over it...
