Great place for Rolls and Hot food on the go.Pleasant Staff.. The only thing they do not do is make Tea or Coffee. Should invest in getting a Coffee machine. So the Customers can have a hot Drink with there Purchase. Other than that very cheap prices,Clean shop and Local to were I locate..Keep up the good work. 🍩🍩

Figured I'd visit one of the many fantastic local bakeries in Frankston City. I knew this was a hit due to the line out front on arrival! I wasn't disappointed, so many sweet and savory options to choose from, friendly staff and prompt service. Abiding by the covid business limits of 5 instore at a time of course. Sourdough was beautiful, soft, fresh and crunchy. Plenty of hot food pastries where also a hit with locals, great business.

This isn't just a standard bakery. They do things their, amazing way. They have an interesting range of products. It's incredibly popular so don't be surprised if your visit is later in the day and they don't have what you want!

Food quality is great and most staff are quite friendly. Custard and Nutella donuts are amazing. Ham and salad roll in a cheese and bacon roll. 10/10

The Produce is very good Quality however $3.50 for Party Pie is ridiculous. I won't be going back.

What a great bakery! Not only do they have great coffee, bread, cakes and pies they also look after the furbabies! Well done Crusty Loaf for having somewhere safe to leave the dogs but also supplying water! Love it you just get better and better in my eyes.

Today’s visit will be our last. We literally walked in the door, my four year old approached the glass display and touched it saying he’d like that biscuit. Your staff member stopped serving her customers and asked me not to touch the glass as she had just washed it. I asked her the repeat herself as I wasn’t sure I heard correctly, but yes, she told me again to stop my child touching the glass. Honestly, I’m not going to claim it’s offensive or insulting, it’s just ridiculous and generally annoying considering it is a bakery full of yummy things for children to be excited about. Enough already. It’s the second time staff have been rude and quite frankly you are not the best bakery in town, quite happy to walk somewhere else with my children.
