I'm so rapt there's finally a whole foods brunch/lunch place in Frankston! I ate here last week with a friend and it was very yum! The coffee was great too...but most of all, the guy behind the counter was so friendly and he came across as being so happy to be there...which is refreshing! Doing a great job guys - I'll definitely be back �

Come here every Saturday that I have off. The staff and owners are lovely. Coffee always amazing. Food amazing too! Gotta try those pancakes if you haven’t. Can’t recommend enough.
Got a papaya bowl for breakfast and it was great! The fruits were fresh and the portion was very generous! My colleagues had chilli egg scrambles and they seemed to enjoy it! Will be back for more fruit bowls defintely! Have to say though not cheap but generous portion.
Best cafe in Frankston. Very nice service and food! Can’t really fault much at all. Maybe a couple more things could be added to menu like a mushroom/egg dish or roast pumpkin/eggs.
My fave place to go to for brekki, they have lots of healthy options on the menu, most of the staff are lovely (a few are a bit awkward and could smile more) and the pancakes are the best! Downside is that it is super small and quite space invading.
This place was buzzing full of fitness junkies and morning people 😂

One of the best places for breakfast in Frankston, lots of healthy options. I have had the Protein pancakes plenty of times, also the smoothies are great too!

Protien pancakes are great! However the Benedict was a slight let down. Mainly due to the price versus the size of the actual dish. I expected a bit more for $19.50 to be honest. Other than that, nifty little spot in frankston. World needs more nutritional based cafes.

When they first opened the coffee was fantastic but then they changed the blend and it did quiet have that zing the previous blend had. It was still good. They have a great variety of food which is fresh and delicious.

Wow the food here is spot on! The avacado smash i had with salmon poached egg and bacon was quite literally THE BEST ive ever had. The coffee was just as great. Amazes me how people can review this place so low. This is such a great find
This cafe has upped their game. The food is really good with perfect portion sizes. The coffee as great and they make an almond coffee as well as a dairy coffee. The Bircher is amazing if you don’t like a sickly sweet breakfast. You never feel sick or guilty when you leave nutrition6. Highly recommend this cafe if your are in Frankston.
Will go here again and again. Can always expect good quality food that always tastes and looks the same. Lots of healthy choices and great coffee too!
Awesome place, I've had a few healthy meals to go from here and they're always awesome. 5 hour slow cooked pork, coconut poached chicken, salmon on a bed of lentils. Friendly service and a great soy chai. What's not to love.
The Smashed avocado with fresh chilli was exceptional. The man who served us was so lovely and happy. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast coffee or smoothy :)
Top service, best salad bowl ever.
Try the turmerator smoothie (a meal in itself), the chilli scrambled egg stack, or the deconstructed sushi bowl with pulled pork. Amazing presentation. Best of all, they brought out the kid's meal first, so junior was occupied.

Friendly to all dietary requirements and also really interesting drinks found no where else such as the peanut butter charcoal latte.
Friendly staff and modern atmosphere makes the place feel fresh.
