Well I loved Mambo once and now the menu is poor quality and they don't offer vegetables with meals just chips and slaw. Obviously owners are saving a buck at our expense. Ordered a steak here and haven't been able to eat steak since. It was covered in pepper (wasn't listed on the menu) and once I ate a piece that I had scraped the pepper off I realised it was there to cover the fact the meat was either off or very very unfresh. The last twice we have been here the kitchen has totally stuffed up our meals. Meals arrive & they are not as described on the Menu. Sauce or gravy has been different. You ask a wait staff a question about the food & they can't answer. They never know anything. It seems no one has a clue.

If only there was a zero star option for rating.. because Mambos would have nailed it!!! We only had to wait an hour for our luke warm food was served and to make it worse the chef "dropped" one of the meals. "But dont worry, we will have another one ready for you in 2 minutes" makes you wonder why

Possibly the worst effort I have ever seen from staff. The food never arrived. The waiters were hard to wave down and even harder to place an order with. In the end we had to leave without our food to get back to work. This place is simply not worth the effort (and wait).
