Review Nando's - Frankston

In line with Nandos standard. Friendly service. Food was good and well prepared, although took 25 mins to come out. (Burger, wrap and chips). They were short on 600ml drinks. Overall, pleasant.

Wish I could give zero stars. The food was bland, bread stale and lettuce brown and inedible. Staff very helpful considering how overworked they are. Lack of service can be attributed to this. However, Nandos management, step up. Get staff who can serve and provide exceptional customer service. I will not be going back there and honestly no one else should. I was tempted to tell people when walking in not to waste their time. By the sounds of things, this store has been flailing for many years. Would not recommend, go elsewhere!

For the last two or three weeks (although, from my experience, this issue seems to have been happening for MUCH longer than that at this location, even before supply and staffing shortages were an issue), I've been trying to get a nice, delicious spicy chicken dinner, but it seems if you turn up at the Frankston store any time after 9PM, (the sign on the window and details when you search for their hours say they close at 10PM), suddenly it's "sorry, we're closed" or "unfortunately we're out of chicken", while one or more bags of food are sitting under the heat lamps and people are tucjing into a full plate of chicken at the tables. Am I consistently entering the store to find that I am the first person to arrive immediately after they run out of chicken? Highly unlikely considering it's happened so frequently over the ladt 3 weeks. Even less likely when they don't even ask me what cut of chicken I am after... Did they run out of literally everything right before I arrived? 😂 Seems kinda weird for a chicken joint that closes at 10PM to run out of chicken at 9pm when other orders are sitting under the heat lamps and people are digging into a what is obviously a freshly cooked meal with a few bites taken out of it. It seems to be a staff work ethic issue more than a franchise issue, because if you go to the Carrum Downs location, while they may close an hour earlier, they always seem to cook until MUCH closer to closing time. I arrived around 10-15 minutes before close and they were more than happy to cook whatever I asked for. That said, when I've arrived at the Frankston store before 9pm, there never seems to be a problem. That earned them an extra star. Congrats on that 😂

When did this toilets have been cleaned? I could not eat at this place…big fail on higiene! Disgrace for the Portuguese chicken! Sending to Accc.

Probably should wipe tables down considering we just came out of lockdown... Don't have to be rude about being asked politely to do so when their is literal sauce left on the table from the last patrons - then to spray directly out into the air with our food sitting next to it. Also you missed a spot. Nice.

Food mostly in-line with Nando’s standard, restaurant is however very dirty and obviously not being cleaned regularly. Tables were dirty and sticky, floors caked in food, dust and grime of weeks rather than just a lacking of between customer cleaning. Given this is the customer area it makes you wonder about the kitchen cleaning

I ordered 3 items off the menu. I was told it would take 15 minutes which I fully believed as it wasn’t too busy. I didn’t get my food until 40 minutes later!! The people in the back didn’t seem very worried for a while there, pretty disappointed that I had to wait that long for such a little order !!!

Worst nandos shop i ever been . I went to order quick food on my break but the person in the cashier couldn’t bother to get my order he asked me to scan the code and order online . My internet was down and I tried to order online unfortunately connection issued i wanted to pay cash but no one even asked why i am struggling. I had to spend 15 minutes and leave back to work without having lunch. They wasn’t busy at all that i say they were busy and they couldn’t catchup with everything. So disappointed with nandos in busy Saturday at bayside .

99% sure my whole days consisted of sitting on the toilet and vomiting because of this place

I'm usually a Nandos fan, I don't know whether uber eats has taken the front seat over dine in, but it seems to be the case at this place.<br/>Not enough staff to cover customers, no clean utensils or napkins, if I could give half a star I would

Decided to have nandos for dinner and I tried the new halloumi pita which was amazing it was a shame they were out of the mango and lime base dressing as that’s my absolute favourite, overall was quite a nice abundance here.

The grill chicken is amazingly good. I really love the smokey taste as well as the perfect amounts of sauce they use, not so weak that you can't taste a thing and yet not so much that it's pretty much overpowering. <br/>The rice too is cooked very well, soft, not too dry nor not too moist. <br/>You decide everything. <br/><br/>The one draw back I know is that there is no combo meals, like “for $8 you get chicken, chips (or rice) & drink” <br/><br/>

Food poisoning. Usually always go to nandos in mornington, I am a frequent customer and love nandos. I am sorely disappointed to now have a taste aversion to it since I went to frankston one on Saturday night 30/05/15 and noticed my chicken was a touch pink but, trusting they knew what they were doing, I ate it anyway. 8 hours later I was experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life. if I can ever stomach nandos again I will definitely be avoiding the frankston store - a friend also got food poisoning a year ago from the same store.

I like this place!<br/>Parking's a real hassle though.<br/>Good wraps, great chips.<br/>Great outdoor seating with a nice view!<br/><br/>Will come here again for sure.

Rude Owner. Regardless of the fact that you can get the same food at any store, the owner is extremely rude and has been on each occaision I have been there. Go somewhere else.

Nothing better than Nando's chips with Peri peri sauce

Nice!. A teensy bit expensive but always really yum
