Review Bobo's Pizza House - Frankston

Most outlets were closed on Easter Sunday. I was able to order the pizzas online. We were able to collect them promptly and feed our children, partners and nephew. They were very tasty.

Under new management… service and food used to be great. Now… totally unacceptable. no eftpos, expect cash on delivery, but don’t provide driver with appropriate change. (We said we had a $100 note. Hair in pasta, and no pine nuts in spinach and pine nut pasta, little to no cream. Garlic pizza was cold. Lasagne was over cooked . Phone call to management did not resolve issues. Drivers are treated poorly, and expected to resolve managers’ incompetence. I feel for their employees, having to cover for their employers’ incompetence and greed.

Recently changed ownership. Still great pizza’s, plus a few more added, and friendly service. Family is long term customer.

Oh dear. I genuinely hate to give bad reviews but on this occasion I feel I have no choice. I phoned ordered Bobos because my regular was closed for the night for a pizza. On arrival I noticed they had a sign saying they do not take Eftpos. Which means they only take cash. I can live with that. But unfortunately the lady handling the cash order was the same person making the pizzas, without gloves. I couldn't believe it. To be fair the pizza actually looked great and I'm sure it would have tasted fine but I just could not bring myself to eat it. I'm sorry because both ladies running the shop seemed very lovely but this cannot be overlooked. Please Note - They do now accept tap and go and there pizza is pretty good.

Hmmmm ordinary at best was the pizza from here. Probably not going back sorry.

I recently come across this Pizza shop and decided to give it a go. I must say the quality of the food is really good, and the staff are extremely friendly. I've been coming here for a few weeks now and never had a single problem. Keep up the good work!

Absoultely terrible. Family spend $40 on Pizza and the store wants a $2.00 Surcharge on top of that paying by card. Outrageous and dam right day light robbery . Thought we would try this local pizza place but paying an extra $2.00 Surcharge I can't get why? O.k 50 cents... but $2.00 . Come on owner of store that's not right or fair. Won't be going back . Very disappointing 😒

Fantastic pizzas and they are ready on time. Fully recommend the garlic pizza!

Has become our go to takeaway place for Friday nights. The pizzas are great, a nice crust with tasty toppings. Always friendly with prompt service �

I'm sure the pizza is ok, a bit hard to tell when you order at 6:45pm and doesn't arrive until 8:15pm. Had to call to ask what was happening, asked for a discount, none offered. This happened on a Wednesday night, weekend deliveries I would recommend ordering on Friday morning.

Always lovely pizza and the BoBo’s special pasta sauce is divine! Recommend Italian with added bacon, breakie pizza and always thin and crispy!! ��

Thanks bobos for a crap meal.. risotto was watery horrible tasteless mess.. bruchetta hahah what a joke... and oh yeah on the phone you guys really need to change your attitude..and very nice of your delivery guy, when i gave him back the uneaten risotto and something trying to resemble a bruchetta i said take it i dont want it he left it at our front door for us to find in the morning...you need to research bruchetta as all over the world the topping isnt cooked.. no mattter what form it is served in.. eg pizza base, bread

The vegetarian pizzas from here are phenomenal. Literally nowhere else in Frankston compares.

The most lovely people, always welcoming and there pizza is simply amazing, always go back never go to anyone else.
