Great location. Some of the wait staff are lovely. Downside is the coffee is bland and some counter staff is rude. My coffee came in a cup with a huge chip out of it. I asked the barista to replace it to which she replied, “The chip isn’t on the inside.” She didn’t understand that I could have cut my lip on a chipped mug and the hygiene factor for chipped crockery is well know. They harbor bacteria. After much fuss she agreed to replace the coffee. I’m pretty sure she just poured it into another cup because the replacement coffee was cold and spilled all over the outside of the cup.

Great Coffee, but DO NOT use their loyalty scheme! You need to drink Coffee 15 times to get a free one (this has increased from a 6) and you HAVE to have bought it from that particular franchise only..This was enough to put me off, i felt quite unrewarded as a customer...Other places require you purchase 6 coffees before getting a freebie, i'll be going there next time. Other than that, the service is great, the coffee tastes good, and the cakes are great. Just a shame about their tight loyalty scheme

Been here a few times - even when they were busy and I've always had an amazing experience! The other reviews are so unfortunate and really doesn't reflect this place! This place has quality food and coffee! I ordered a crossaint and chai latte the other day and it was very tasty. This cafe is in nice shopping centre but located in a low socio-economic suburb, so it seems these bad reviews are coming from customers who don't understand hospitality or are the "Still asks for the manager when using an expired coupon" type of people! This place is great I promise and I will definitely be back! :)

Ordered an open sandwhich of pineapple ham and cheese on gluten free bread. What came out was grilled pineapple and ham. No cheese. Was dismal ham in the centre of the bread already charred. They took back and just added tiny bit of cheese and re toasted again. So bread and ham twice toasted and dry and burnt. Told them and they said they would let the kitchen know. Thats it. Won't eat here again. Clearly don't care about quality product. Paid $10 for this terrible food

Been here several time. Great food great staff. It does get busy at times but they manage it well. I really don't know why people have given bad reviews. Food, coffee, milkshakes liked everything :)

Waited over 20 minutes for a meal and coffee. When I approached the manager , he didn't respond to my query and was very unfriendly. Luckily the waitresses were fairly friendly and helpful .

My ham cheese tomato crasaunt looked like an abortion and my mocha was ¾ froth. Went back for a second go in October and my coffee was pathetic!

Bad service coffee cold and when meal come out after almost 20min it was cold toast was hard and coffee was gone. Always on phone Spanish not cooked
