Lived nearby for years but hadn't tried because it looked a bit run down, but was actually pleasantly surprised. One of the few places that actually makes it crispy when asking well done. Got the dinner pack and the flake was pretty good but the amount of chips we got was a bit sad.

Staff were friendly and helpful making me aware of good deals and combos so I got the most out of my meal. The blue grenadier was grilled to perfection and everything else we ordered was crispy and tasty! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had!!, everything was cooked fresh and tasted amazing, when you walk in you can see the fresh sea food before its cooked. 10/10 Wish I lived closer.

Unorganised chaos!!! Order gets written on a scrap bit of paper, no numbering system when trying to collect. Tried to charge me a second time. Don't seem to be able to cope with more than 3/4 customers at a time. Order was incorrect despite repeating 3 times. Shop could do with a facelift. Food was average Response to below from owner - it was NOT New Years Eve when attended nor 31 degrees There was at least 5 staff and not many orders being cooked or in bainemarie- not busy at all 😂

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Fish was rotten and smelly, chewy and hard. I had stomach pains and diorhea all night with only 2 bites. When we went in to complain the lady was RUDE and obnoxious, with terrible customer service saying nothing was wrong with the fish when it was clearly burnt and old. My car still stinks from the rotten fish smell, will NEVER go here again. Save your money and your stomach. Edit: The owner would only give me the money back for the rotten fish, not my order which we didn't eat since the fish was so bad. We have let the council know we are not the only complaint that has lead to food poisoning.

I went in and was greeted with great customer service. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki and a Mars bar in batter. It was the best Chicken Souvlaki I have ever had and the Mars bar was delicious!!! could not recommend enough!

Never had a problem with the food and the same goes for tonight. What the issue tonight was, the attitude between who I assume is the owner and a young guy who has been working there for as long as I can remember. It was a disgrace to what I and other customers had to witness. To be yelling and swearing like that is disgusting to see!

As for no lettuce or cheese on the burger (allergic to cheese) and get cheese.... Kinda simple not to put it on..... Let's see if they can get the second one right. If so, may get repeat business... A big may.

Called at 8:30 to be told they were closed when everything else says they close at 9pm :( I was really looking forward to the food, I’m so sad

I received a VERY small piece of fish, which did NOT smell fresh, it was rangy, several days old at least, the burps I was doing afterwards I wish I could forget the taste, makes me shudder thinking about it. The chips were very dry and overcooked and bland. To have 'Frankston's finest Fish and chips' on your shop board is not only ridiculous, it's false advertising and deceptive. Never again, should have read the reviews about this shop.

Very generous portions for the price. Very nice tasting fish and chips. And everything was freshly made and battered made to order. Service is friendly. And quick too.

Thursday night fish 'n chips for two. Potato cakes, corn jacks, onion rings, scallops, and flake. Everything was good - freshly cooked, crispy and well salted. Fish was freshly battered. Pickup within 10mins of ordering, but cash only policy delayed the pickup a little. $22.70 for two without drinks.
