Subway in the food court of karingal hub. Not very busy, normal subway options available. Ample place to sit in the food court. Friendly staff.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service, I’ve never seen a subway so horrible at making sandwiches and they try so hard to save their toppings by putting none on your sandwich I asked for extra lettuce and wasn’t even given a normal amount of lettuce
Tasty food and nice staff but they’re so stingy with how much salads they put on your sandwich if I’ve had Big Macs with more lettuce than a foot long sub somethings wrong
Staff are nice but have poor communication skills & the place itself is always dirty and poorly lit making it look dim and off putting, needs a management overhaul.
Waited 10 mins at the front for someone to serve me while bread sat at the counter and no one attended the store
Watching people wsiting ti be served why staff member sitting on bench on phone.
Not a really good look in a foid area.
I eat regularly here. Food is tasty and staff are extremely kind and helpful.
