Staff were extremely rude and lazy, staff member named Summer was very dismissive of our simple requests and made us feel like hard work, the whole time she was making the sub she was complaining about it. Very unprofessional.

This Baxter store has always been the Subway I go to so there must have been a change today (14/8/21) because the food we got was so disappointing. Bread seemed stale and we were lucky if there was 1/3 of the normal ingredients.
It was like bread with dressing.
And they had run out of standard ingredients like onions?!

Called in today, the shop was empty but there was a gentleman behind the counter who after a few moments of ignoring me, said, be a few minutes. He was obviously too busy with orders, going out the back and reading a receipt, to take my order or money. I left and will definitely not use that particular Subway again.

Never enough staff on in evenings!!! You can be waiting behind 8-10 people sometimes.. slow service!!! Iv had to loose most of my work break time from just waiting in line 15 -20 minutes.

Not a bad place for a subway. Crew are always nice and pretty accommodating. Can vary with the amount of toppings but generally pretty good.
