Review Ducky Outta Town - Frankston

Stopped in for breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised as there wasn’t many people in eating at the time. We had the Heathy breakfast which was generous portions, fresh and tasty. Tried one of their juices but had to ask for more ginger as it was missing that zing that a healthy juice needed. Overall well priced breakfast and worth another visit. On returning to this cafe for breakfast choosing the scrambled eggs and bacon was not disappointed as it was a generous serving. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Nice place to drop in Nice coffee They used to have Awesum sausage rolls but they have recently changed the recipe now they are like everyone else’s but the pastry is still the same

Well, the first thing I noticed after ordering was the milk jug sitting on another empty milk jug hissing away while the coffee worker (B Grade Barista) did other things. A terrible workplace milk burn waiting to happen, not to mention a lazy, inept way to froth milk resulting in a burnt milk tast with no texture. The food on display did not look at all fresh. i do not like to say it but the worst presentation of any cafe i have seen for years. I suggest get some professional help before it is too late.

Been there 4 times. 1st time missed my order, 2nd 3rd were lovely: great coffee and Michelle was very friendly too. Today is the 4th if not the last, can so relating to the negative comments with others now. I was waiting there for almost 20 minutes and there was a police officer came way afterwards and our coffees came out at the same time (after I chased my order) . And the coffee was watery... 5 stars for 2nd/3rd. 1 star for today.

Great value cafe tucked away outside the Woolworths entrance at Bayside. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices are what I’d call great value. The portions are a great size and it’s not over priced at all. If you’re looking for a coffee or light meal it’s definitely worth a look.

Stunning service from a young girl with glasses. Unfortunately no name tag! Food was also a 10/10. Not the closest Cafe but definitely would go out of my way to come back.

I also work in the centre ordered a chai had 15 minutes until I started which I thought would be enough time 4 police officers got served after myself yet they got there coffee well before me stood waiting for 13 minutes for a chai because apparently there's a status order in which you get your coffee ...ridiculous

Easily the best coffee this side of kananook creek. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Food is okay, the location of the restaurant is quite risky yet smart; smart because it's located pretty much between 2 supermarkets, however #risky because it is away from where the food court normally is and if people were to travel to the area where the restaurant is located then most properly they would be there to do grocery shopping not thinking of a cafe.<br/><br/>The layout design is very unique and very pleasant. I actually love it.<br/><br/>The customer service is quite rubbish. Everytime I have been here, I have always felt unwelcomed. The stuff members won't look you in the eye when talking, find that extremely rude. Everytime I talk to ask questions about their products or even just making a purchase the stuff memebrs would rush me away - giving the impression of "we don't want to talk to you or anything" .<br/>I don't even understand the reason for such underbred attitude when everytime I have been here - it's always empty (hance the 'risky' part)

A simple toasted sandwich, totally ruined - squashed flat like cardboard, very minimal ingredients.  No care in making it.  LONG wait. Won't be back
