Review Roll'd - Frankston

After lining up with a whole cabinet full of rice paper rolls (soldiers), my friend and I were told that they wouldn't accept our promo for 6 free soldiers due to too many using the promo that morning. I understand the demand would be high, but there's no grounds to deny the free rice paper rolls when there is an entire cabinet full of them, just so that they can make more money with paying customers. Honestly really disappointed that this business was more interested in taking money than honouring their promotion/partnership with loyal customers.

I always come here when I go to Bayside, the Phò is spectacular and so are the duck rice paper rolls. A tad bit pricey but never disappoints. The customer service is usually good, too. I highly recommend coming here if you want good Vietnamese lunch after shopping! (⌒▽⌒)♡

My partner attempted to order at Roll'd today whilst it was a little busy. The staff made no attempt to track who was waiting and served other people who had only just approached. This is very poor service, on both and cutting in customer and the staff. Hopefully the owner reads this and attempts to train their staff better in future.

Went to frankston food hall and decided to have a roll with pork crackling. The roll just disingrated as soon as I picked it up. The pork meat was so hard as was the crackling. The roll was so dry and hardly anything in eg carrots. No corrinder it was just horrible because we went on Easter Saturday so was charged a service fee of additional $2.50 All I can say is. I will never get anything from them again.

I bought a bunh mi and sone Baos. The baos were good but they used stale bread for bunh mi which tasted pretty bad. I hope health inspectors come and give them a warning as I’ve seen sone old reviews about the same issue.

Just received the worst value for money fried rice I have ever received. A cold half full container for $17.50. Wow. Quite different from the pictures on your menu guys.

I love Rolld but the service at the Frankston store is awful. They always run out of rice paper rolls especially Tofu and they wont make any for you even after as early as 1.30pm in the afternoon. They are the only Rolld store that does that, all the others will make fresh ones up until they close pretty much. I've been on a busy Saturday and told them it was my birthday (in lockdown I came out just for that) and they still wouldnt make any at 2pm. The staff are often cold and they have messed up the order multiple times putting the low carb tofu rolls in despite me repeating which ones I wanted. When I have ordered hot food the food was good but took a while and since Karingal has opened it's very easy to see how poor the service is in Bayside in comparison so I will always try and go to Karingal from now on.

The young man that served me could improve on his customer service skills as he come across as abrupt and did not have a friendly demeanor at all. The food was delicious but slow service. Tue 25th Jan at 1pm.

The food is really fresh and tasty even when compared with other roll’d outlets. I saw the staff check all the dressings and salad carefully before serving. Definitely recommended!
p/s: the price is fixed for all Rolld franchises so I would not consider it a minus.

I love how much thought and care goes into preparing each and every you order here. Sure the price might frighten some customers away, however you have to take in the fact that all the meals are prepared fresh and the ingredients used are fresh as well; you can tell that the vegetables are fresh because of the "crunch" you'll receive with every bite.
Vietnamese rolls can be found at any vietnamese bakery for less than half the price that are bigger and better quality. Tried in hopes these would be amazing but just really dissapointed and left still hungry after spending over twice the amount i normally do

Food is ok, but way over priced! Why get bahn mi here when u can go just around the corner to the Vietnamese bakery and get one at literally half the price! If you're after some pho you're probably better off driving 20mins to Springvale coz there's nothing decent in Frankston, including this joint , overall rating: slightly disappointed.
