Review Donut King - Frankston

Standing at counter for 5 mins waiting for girl to serve me as she finishes dusting donuts in cinnamon sugar. Three of them working, not understaffed. Donuts are decent for on the go snacking but the customer service is awful.

I have been to this store a number of times (usually when I’m dying for a hot dog) and I always regret it. Customer services is abhorrent. You can wait 15 minuets to be told they don’t have hot dogs, eftpos isn’t working, run out of doughnuts etc or three people are standing chatting while you’re waiting for service. Additional fees for eftpos when their menu is typically items under $10 - which seems to be a money making exercise. All in all I’ll just have to try harder to avoid this store

Worst donuts ever. And they don't want to know about it. Waves hands and walked away. Also coffee like dishwater.

Quiet slow service but overall tasty donuts

Popped in here on sunday to grab some donuts to make a cake for my son as he doesn't eat cake. Spent nearly $30 and was so disappointed when we ate them that night. They were so dry and yuck. Would have been better going to woolies for donuts. Never again! Bake fresh people!!

Stood in front of the service counter for 5 minutes with a girl directly in front of us without being served at all. Didn't look up front what she was doing, didn't acknowledge us. Get better staff that actually want to be at work.

Usually happy with this place but on Tuesday 08/05/18 around 3:50pm there was a middle aged woman working and as I stood there waiting to be served she blatantly ignored me while the other younger worker was clearly busy making someone's order. She walked past myself and another 3 waiting customers a multiple amount of times while she folded some boxes up. I ended up walking off because of how long I was standing there. Dissappointed to say the least.

Im currently sitting outside the store watching one of the staff members talking to someone he knows that doesnt work there. He stacked up milkshake cups, maybe 7 or 8 up so they made a tall tower, which fell to the floor. He then wiped the cups with just his bare hands around the brim. Then restacked them on the cups to be used. Hes now using the dirty cup to make a customer a milkshake, while his friend who doesnt work there leans on the counter.

Ordered 2 chai latte. Both tasted really flat. It was very watery and you can't really taste anything. It was so tasteless that I had to add 2 small packs of sugar for taste. <br/><br/>At least the customer service is good.

Donut king is well donut king. You get quick service. Are the donuts or coffee exceptional. Not really.....but it does work well in a shopping center though. Get in order and grab a donut and keep on shopping!
