Review Kfc - Frankston

Called in KFC on our way home and and waited 20 minutes order numbers not in any order and seem to be a total mess and lack of management seemed to be run by kids not knowing who was meant to be doing what yet menu log orders were in and out seriously lack direction and management. Really need to get act together especially for a Friday night take out .MEALS VERY SUB STANDARD AND NOTHING GIVEN FOR GRAVY 3 PIECE FEED REALLY CHIPS COLD NEVER AGAIN

A lot of talking and laughing behind the counter , was half a dozen offers before us but it took 15 mins + to get our order ( fast food?) and they gave us original instead of hot and spicy ! Was surprised to see them put it back in heater after I had checked to see if it was hot and spicy? Don't think I'll be buying from there again ! Not the first time I've been unhappy buying at this store😡

Recently ordered dinner from here, after having ordered take away from here a few times, as it is not too far from home. It was a reasonably busy evening so had to wait a bit longer. Overall, store was reasonably clean and quite a few seats around. Was happy with my order as found a couple of little extras in there which I didn't order. Friendly person behind the counter whom served me. Will come here again.

The food can be a bit hit or miss here. If you go during quiet times the chicken could have been sitting for quite a while and can be a bit dry. My most recent visits have been during busy times between 6 and 7.30pm and service can be extremely slow. Drive through can be very slow with up to 20 minute queues and going in store is not much better. My latest wait time in store was 45 minutes.

Was extremely busy, 40 min wait time. However, staff seemed to handle it so well. And food was still good!!

I'd actually only give a 3.5 star. The car park was woeful to navigate, ordering was easy. Lady at the drive through window was odd. She mumbled & we had to ask her to repeat numerous times, we asked if we could get 3 cardboard serving boats, she had no clue what we were talking about, wasn't prepared to ask anyone & said "we don't sell those here" 🤨 the lids on our frozen drinks werent put on properly & wouldnt stay on at all (faulty batch of cups?) our daughters popcorn chicken & chips were ultra fresh & hot which was fantastic & our nuggets & strips were nice but not as fresh as daughter's food.

Exceptionally bad quality food and service. Twice i went through this KFC drive through, and both times, I ordered the 3 piece box meal and twice they ran out of original recipe chicken and asked if I would like hot and spicy instead. So i said ok. The first time they offered me 3 tiny burnt out wings, instead of main chicken pieces. The second time I asked if the hot and spicy they're swapping my meal for is equivalent to the original recipe chicken pieces as last time i only got tiny overcooked winglets. She said yes it would be the same. And guess what, again i got 3 tiny overcooked winglets just like last time, of which i threw out half. The quality has gone down hill. The staff are incompetent. The food is barely edible. This place needs a health audit on sanitation and food quality and senior management needs to replace all the current staff.

One of the worst KFC stores I've been in. The floor was so greasy I was slipping with every step. The toilets were even worse and the sink was leaking everywhere. The seats and tables were filthy and got my clothes dirty. As per every take away store these days the high pitched beeping was constant. The chicken was over cooked and in a 2 piece feed I got two of the cheapest nastiest pieces. The chips were the only edible thing and that's not saying much. I doubt I would ever go back to this store.

Came past to grab a mini original fillet wrap service was quick and the wrap was flavoursome and quite delicious. Will definitely be back located quite conveniently as well.

The food here is terrible and the service here is bad. Is one of the worst KFC joints I've ever been to. <br/><br/>If you want KFC, save your hard earned money and head to someplace else.

This after a few times with the same results. Used drive through and each time the female voice was abrupt and seemingly not interested. Later found this to be the duty manager. The order each time was wrong and not just one or two items and food was poor in quality. Will not use again.

Ordered popcorn chicken snack box and a drink of Pepsi after work, the whole thing cost me 5 dollars and was definitely worth it , cheap and easy friendly, happy and motivated staff
