Review Pier Hotel - Frankston

The screaming jets were rocking!! Smashed it!! The support band were brilliant as well! AMAZING MUSIC!!! Great crowd, the bar staff were fab & security were a scream at the end of the night! (Loved you guys) It's my new fave place when I visit aus!!!

Was incredibly glad to find this gem of a place. On holidays in Mornington and decided to have a few drinks here driving through frankston and boy were we glad we did!! I had this gin drink and they were amazing!! Quality service very well made and staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is a relaxed but fun feel. It was nice to sit outside and watch the sun set the manager there michael came out and checked to make sure we were settled and talked to us about the bar and how its been revamped we loved it he really sets the place he was a great lad

1st time playing pokies at this venue and I walked away extremely happy For a once a year pokie player im good until next year

It was fabulous, clean and organised. Staff were fun and professional. My father and I had a father daughter date so it was during lunch time hours on a Friday. It was busy but not hectic which gave the gaming area some awesome vibes without being too much. Good job Pier hotel!

The lady with pink / red hair was extremely rude yelling at people I could hear her down the street before even making my way into the venue Yelling to get id's and vaccines out even when you had it ready still getting told to walk faster or hurry up I got told to get my ticket our and got yelled at multiple times even though it was in my hand The venue is also very small no room to move

Great place to go for a poke. Staff are very welcoming exspeshly Margret ways enjoy when she's working

Can't comment on the bar part, but the pier bandroom was top notch. Quick entry, minamal waiting for a drink in a busy venue, facilities well maintained and the sound system was great!

Went for St Pats day drinks tasted watered down atmosphere was crap band couldn't use the sound system won't be back!👎

Went into Flanagans for a nice cold drink before visiting the sand sculptures. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Just a walk from the beach on a hot day.Rewarded with a great cold beer.

Extremly rude, refused entry do to ethnicity of social group, intimidations and verbal abuse. Some of the worst service in the hospitality i have ever expienced. DO NOT GO TO THIS VENUE!!!

Good venue, great bands, cheap piss on Thursdays and great hospitality. Its worth the 2 hours of travel!

Waiting at the front of the bar for 45 minutes for a drink was ridiculous. Put me in a crap mood all night. Thanks for a shit night. Get more staff.

This place is a hole nocked back a good person and friend would not give us a reason then when we asked y got told to fuck off buy bouncer was there for a birthday got treated like shit at the Door sad to see this is what you think is acceptable
