I work in retail myself and I understand that mistakes happen when stores get busy. But there becomes a point when it gets unacceptable. I went to this store yesterday with a friend on our break. We ordered two KitKat Chillers it cost us about $12. it took about 35+ minutes to get our drinks and we ended up being late to class. My friends drink was given to the wrong person and had to be remade and mine was not made properly and had chunks of powder in it. The lady in front of us ordered a latte and had to wait longer than us because they gave her a Chiller instead. My friend has spent the last 10 or so hours throwing up to what she believes to be food poisoning from her drink. I am honestly very unimpressed with the service and quality. I hope to come back in 6 months to a much better store.

I wish I had of checked the reviews of this franchise before ordering. The warming of the milk is a basic barista process, one sip of this coffee burst the inside of my mouth.. The franchisee needs to sell up or hire proper management.

Got a coffee at 8:30am large latte 2 sugars. Got back to work 5 min walk if that. Coffee dead cold. Tried to call store to notify of the issue no answer twice... I went back on my lunch break notify staff of the stuff up and was turned away didn't care at all. Will not be returning here. Happy to take your money for poor quality customer service and product. Returned here after months giving a 2nd chance. I asked for cream with my latte, I got a dot of cream... defiantly won't be returning. I'll stick to Shannon street mall shop.

The fiancè and I went into Gloria jeans and ordered a hot chocolate and an iced chocolate, I asked for lactose free milk in the hot chocolate which they didn't use. The iced chocolate was a 15 minute wait after I'd already gotten the hot chocolate, and when they gave it to use it was half a cup, and the excuse was "I ran out." The customer service was terrible, and none of the 3 girls there seemed to know what they were doing. Will definitely not be going back here, and I highly recommend for other people not to go here either. Seriously disappointed.

Terrible service. After I paid for my order, I was advised that they cannot give me a little bit of boiling water in a cup to add to my baby's bottle who was starving and waited for his Milk. I had asked for it while I am ordering at the beginning and the staff member didn'tmention anything about that they have a rule not to give any boiling water out to be given to a baby. When I was advised that this was the owner's rules I asked to speak to the manager who was on the phone with one of the staff members. She didn't even pass the phone on to me as I requested and rather lied and said that I wanted her to fill the bottle with boiling water and give it to my baby which I certainly didn't do. Seriously what a place with such a bad service and unprofessional workers. When u have a business don't just make up any stupid rule for God's sake without reasoning it!!!

The worst experience ever just buying a simple coffee!! This young caucacian girl charged me incorrectly and when I questioned it, she flipped and made a big scene, shouting across to her co worker that "this lady doesnt like the price". I just walked out and they have definitely lost a customer for life. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Just gobsmacked at the disrespect for a paying customer

Friendly staff. Very busy store so be prepared to wait. Huge range of coffee/ Tea. My cheesecake wasn't as fresh as it should have been. Chai is good. My order has been messed up more than once by the barista. In a convenient location.

the owner needs to realise that when he walks into another business with his company uniform and proceeds to be rude and obnoxious to the staff, that he is actually representing his own business. such a huge difference from the other Gloria jeans in the Shannon mall that are fantastic and always smiling and courteous. champ, as someone who runs the business in Frankston who's staff you were rude to whilst I was out of the business, I will do everything I can in my power to run down your business and inform my customers (that number nearly 200 per day) that you are a rude little man. good luck recovering from the downturn that's about to come your way pal.
