Got one of the special packs which was worthwhile at about $40. The flake was fresh and tasty. Fried dimmies were good. The chips were excellent. Dry and crispy in the outside and fluffy inside. The potato cakes were undercooked. The batter is really good and they know how to fry. The result is a good tasty meal without being overly oily. The potato cakes were a little fishy.

I felt for the young lass on the register, she was clearly just learning and they were quite short and I don't want to say rude, but yes rude to her when she asked a question. Ordered a milk shake and a small container of mixed souvlaki meat - meat was amazing, only reason why I'm giving more than one star lol

I was fiscally assaulted..l ordered a souvlaki with the lot and garlic sauce with 3 scallops l called to complain and spoke to the male l told him the meat was way to dry and next to no garlic sauce he lies to me and says you didn't order garlic sauce so l said l will come and talk to you face to face when l arrived both owners started yelling at me especially the lady she threw money at me for a refund l just pushed it away they then came to the little side door next to counter yelling telling me to get out as l turned to walk away the lady punched me in the back as l turned back l sore him grabbing her arm l said to her don't ever touch a customer like that again,a young man with a young girl witnessed it and as l walked out the young man said to me she just assaulted you! I may still press charges!!!

Haven't been here in two years yet the quality and the taste has not changed! Staff are super friendly and truly defines the "mom n pop" shop! 5 stars all the way and highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this fish and chip shop having discovered a number of other Frankston shops closed on New Year Sunday. Despite being busy their service was prompt. The flake was fresh and moist, the fish batter, potato cakes and chips were lovely and crunchy . Would go out of my way for them.

OMG, 7th time I tried this place, fried chips, potatoe cakes, dim sims always are always over fried, tasteless. Burger patties always dry. the ONLY thing that resembles tasty food is the charcoal lamb. If you work hard for your money and are starving, do not stop here. No value definitely worst fish n chips on earth. Yuk yuk yukk-ier. plus oil is old and makes food taste toxic. As far as it is, I'll drive to Camms Rd Fish n chips, fresh oil, food, tasty, well prepared. I pay the fuel for good tasty fresh well prepared food.

Not bad at all. Attention to detail and remember what you asked for eg: two pieces of lemon, no chicken salt. Everything was well drained and not at all oily. As snapper are swimming in our Bay, be nice to get to eat some freshly caught - now that would be a Treat!

Worst souvlaki I've ever had . Meat was chewy and sinuey.

Great fish & chips, husband LOVES the lot burger, kiddo loves the nuggets and the hot jam donuts are ace! Add to all the great food really friendly staff, and you have one of the best fish & chip joints around!

Whenever I order a burger with the lot it is fantastic! Not greasy, just a nice, tasty, filling burger! Also their chips aren't greasy but tasty and done just right.

Good to see these two back behind the counter. Have missed their excellent food. Some new items, some the same. The staff are just as friendly and helpful as before.

Top-notch fish and chips in Frankston. They have incredible service with lovely people. I always leave with a happy feeling and they have a fantasy quality of food. Definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

We came here last Thursday. Both fish and the chips was very fresh out of the fryer. Both crispy, well seasoned and the fish was very tender inside. Good value for money. A lemon to squeeze on the fish and chips would have been splendid. Nonetheless, this could be the best fish and chips Ive ever had in Melbourne.

Had the Flake (replaced with Baramundi for extra $2), lettuce, tomato and tartare sauce burger. It was $9 in total and the burger was huge and very generous in filling. There was a bit too much tartare sauce so it was dripping everywhere but I still enjoyed it. The lady who served me was very friendly. Ordered flake, chips and potato cakes. Worst fish and chips ever. The fish was rubbery. The batter was cluggy and chewy. Not nice at all. Chips were hard. First time customer. Will not becoming back.

Worst flake I've had. Soggy, rubbery and very oily. Batter was thick and not even crispy. Potato cakes were soggy, only saving grace were the chips which were OK.
