Incredibly good coffee, great service to the point they even ask for your coffee temperature which is great for milk alternative coffees. Really present, engaging and personable service. You feel understood. The music is unobtrusive and it’s a gentle and refreshing change from the busy roads and roadwork heavy areas in Fremantle. It’s a tiny place so get in quick for Italian style street seating and bring your keep-it-cup!

Been wanting to try this place for years but never get down to Fremantle during the week. Finally had a Friday visit and it was great. Milk lab almond milk with a dark roast espresso blend. Chaps in there were great value chat. Very pleasant experience and great coffee.

Finally a coffee shop that breaks the Perth coffee hoo-doo. The coffee was excellent, Sergio is a friendly outgoing character that knows what he is doing with the small selection of slices complementing the coffee perfectly. It is a tiny hole in the wall next to Notre Dame University that is easily missed but well worth seeking out.

I was in freo for work today and decided to get a coffee after lunch. Naturally being in a new place I urban spooned where to go and Blink had one of the highest ratings. <br/><br/>I can definitely testify to this, not only was the coffee great but I didn't have any cash to pay (they don't take eftpos) the barista refused to let me walk to an ATM, get charged for withdrawing money and then walk back to pay him. He offered to let me come back later or another day this week and pay but I told him I'd only be here for today. He then invited me in and told me a story about a lady who got coffee here daily and paid double for one so that when someone couldn't pay or forgot their wallet, it was already paid for! <br/><br/>This in turn meant I got a free coffee which made my day! Kindness makes the world go round and I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in freo!

The best coffee I have had this year!. On an early morning walk and stopped at this tiny coffee shop which was open before all the others, and can honestly say this was the best coffee I have had this year. The owner is friendly and good to chat to, sat outside in a street that looks like a beautiful colonial movie set ... glorious.

The best! Serg and Bree definitely make the best coffee in Freo. Always an up beat and happy atmosphere. The second time I went there they remembered my order, the third time they remembered my name. Now I just go say hi and a couple of minutes later I'm on my way with a cup of liquid joy and a smile on my face. Always a good time and always good coffee.

Great coffee and friendly service.. We came to visit Blinks for an afternoon coffee and realized we didn't have any cash but the guy serving us was more interested in getting to know us and what coffee we would like instead of getting paid which was really funny and made our day. The coffee was great, my partner is lactose intolerant and they have special lactose free milk from japan or something which my partner said tasted very nice.<br/>We ended up persuading him into giving us directions to the nearest ATM so we could pay for our coffees :)<br/>Will be back!

Best Coffee in Town!. This is a wicked little coffee shop, the barrista's working there are so friendly and energetic! It's an absolute joy walking down town for my mid-morning coffee. The coffee quality is fantastic, everything from the chocolate dusting to the bean mixtures are great quality. Best Service!. After having a conversation on the weekend about Perth's shonky service; I stand corrected with this little place. I was looking in the window today at the biscuits and was lured in by the busy barista. So friendly and warm in a really unpretentious way. I will return purely based on that. BEST COFFEE IN AUSTRALIA. Everywhere I go, I order a short mac topped up with skim milk. It seems to be a complicated order because every coffee house I've previously been to questions what I mean by "short mac." They ask, have I miss spoken? Do i mean short black? They tell me they can't fit milk in the top of a short mac or they serve me a weak late in a small cup full of milk. <br/>This was until I was introduced to Blink! Now I hate going anywhere else for my coffee.<br/>Always the best tasting coffee, made exactly as you order it and served to you with a smile. <br/>I have never been dissapointed by the quality of coffee I have been served and furthermore always leave feeling inspired and positive from the super friendly, fast paced service!<br/>No other place like it! :-)

Lovely coffee, staff know their stuff!. After hearing that Little Sweet provided Blink with muffins and other goodies, I just had to try it out! Unfortunately Blink no longer has muffins (boo!) but the coffee makes this worth a stop-by anyway. It's a hole-in-the wall, blink-and-you-miss-it but if you're around the Notre Dame area, it's worth getting your coffee fix here.
