Express Lane Cafe - Fremantle - Photo album

This cafe is just less than a minute walk to the Rottnest Island departure ferry stop. It is very convenient for the visitors. The coffee is a bit expensive at this premium location.

3 Stars purely based on the location. Some of the staff here really need training on how not to talk to people of colour or tourists more generally considering this cafe is located next to a ferry terminal, Port and Musuems that tourists frequently visit. The price is slightly excessive as well

The worse muffin and milkshake i have ever had in my entire life, muffin was so dry and crumbly old and the milkshake was like runny warm water with a bit of milk. The most unfriendly atmosphere and lack of customer appreciations is proof why they don't smile.

I overheard them said some racist things about an Asian customer who purchased food from them and they didn't want the Asian guy to eat there so they served it in a doggie bag to him. When he left they were making slanty eyes at him, I have never witnessed such racist things in my entire life. The

My wife and i went there for lunch when we saw a white male mistreating an Asian customer, they poked fun at his eyes and laughed over how they served him food in a dog bag after he had left. As an Aussie I am utterly disgusted that racism still exist in Australia.

Amazing little cafe with great food and coffee ...home to the best enchiladas in freo! Excellent customer service with staff that are always friendly and helpful. Everything is well priced, arrives quickly and is absolutely delicious :)

I always look forward to my Lane Express coffee anytime I head to Rottnest. Really epic and efficient staff -Thanks guys for getting me my caffeine fix sorted !
