Review Cat Whispurr Cat Cafe - Fremantle

Definitely a must visit for any pet lover!!! Unique cafe, VERY well designed and decorated in a leopard and cat theme. The chairs have cat ears!!! Provides table, booth and bench seating. The booths have power points and USB charging, would be good for an hour of study, or charging your phone after you've taken photos of the cats! The bench seating let's you look into the cat room. When we went there were lots of cats, more than one per guest. The staff both in the cafe part and cat room were friendly. The cats selected are all placid and friendly. They included adults and kittens, mostly older kittens on the day of my visit. I only had coffee, which was nice. All standard milk alternatives available. There are small sandwiches and bites, as well as candy and snacks to buy, no hot kitchen. Some cats at the time of my visit were available to adopt and forms were available so you could apply on the day.

Paid a fair whack for 3 kids and 2 adults to go inside with cats for an hour. We arrived an hour early as we thought we'd eat first and would need the time... The cafe side of the establishment is below average and doesnt seem to be the focus at all, awful coffee, staff seemed stressed over getting food order, wasnt enough pancakes to order as their pre made and microwaved, they were rubbery, microwaved sausage roll...yuck, we only ordered because not enough pancakes and limited menu choices. The eating experience was disappointing and we still had more than half an hour to wait after that and the kids got restless and bored, there was nothing for them to do except watch through window, snack on over priced choc bars and listen to kids ask if it's their turn yet... Once it was our time, we entered the area allocated for the cats, the layout of the cafe part was cool and the cat run area was pretty awesome...sadly the cats were tired by this time and mostly wanted to sleep, so within 15 mins of cats sleeping on laps and the kids not being able to get a lot of play time, it was a big let down. Staff even said that it's usually nap time around then and going by mine and most of the people I know who own cats, I'd agree and wished I had thought of that sooner, but one would hope an establishment wouldnt sell tickets if they'd known itd be like that for that time slot. We didnt stay the entire hour, we were hungry and disappointed, plus it felt like being on display in a fish bowl and kinda uncomfortable people sitting around, staring at you through the window. Definitely would not go again and I DO NOT recommend eating there, paying for more than 15 mins to 30 mins at most and don't pick afternoon time slots. If we had known the food and drink orders were inconvenient, we would have eaten prior to arrival and would have arrived on time and definitely would not have paid for an hour for each child at that price had we known theres be nothing to keep us there that long. At least include the food n drink in the price if consumers have paid to help support the kitties. 1 star for the gorgeous cats. The only part we liked and we could have got cat cuddles for free but we thought we'd give this a go. 6 pics of the most liveliest cats that played for about 10 mins before napping.

What an amazing experience I had today at Cat Whispurr Cafe. My dear friend Angelina introduced me to this cafe. The cat lounge is unique and well designed, the cats are so friendly and placid. I loved spending time with these rescue cats, they are all adorable and so precious!! The cafe has trendy leopard print seats, booths and a breakfast bar which looks directly into the cat lounge. It's such a great place to take a break, enjoy a nice coffee and snack, whilst appreciating the view of these beautiful cats. The owner Jackie and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend you visit this cafe, as there is no other cafe like this in Fremantle! I will definitely visit again soon.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. What a great day. The kids loved the cat cafe and had a great time. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Thanks so much. We couldn't recommend it more. Oh and the coffee is beautiful.
