The staff are very lovely whenever I go in. Service is a little slow, and I have had burnt meatballs sometimes.
But other than that, everything seems to be fine. Subs are made nicely, I get served as soon as I walk in, always have a nice chat.
Kirra was very good at serving and made an excellent sub. It was a 10/10 the best sun I’ve ever had. She was also training someone and she is really good at training

I've been here 4 times in total in a 2 year time frame the 3 times I've gone their prior tonight has been great but tonight has just topped it order subway for dinner get 2 small pieces of chicken heaps of lettuce and tomato on half of a 12inch subway was just tomato and lettuce and no
Rudest staff kids rostered on were throwing rubbish around and very disrespectful to the point they rolled their eyes at me when I said how many subs I wanted to order .. don’t hire immature children
Went to subway gatton this morning to get a breakfast sub only got bacon and all the salad no egg in it
So slow, ended up walking out ..3 staff , 1 other customer .
Not even acknowledged
Went there for 2 subs got to the salad area and no salad except lettece and when asked if there was any else got told no! Also today's date is 15/08/21 maybe should go somewhere else next time not having no salad on a sub
Purchased two bacon and egg foot long subs at 11am 14th May at Subway Gatton. The service from there was absolutely brilliant. They lady that served me was polite, friendly and full of energy. I will definitely be back again. Top service.
