Ordered the Zinger box. A classic staple of Australian life. Everybody knows the zinger box is not complete without the three wicked wings. So why did they give me two boneless pieces of chicken and not three wicked wings? Overall pretty disappointing. If they didn't have the wicked wings it would have been nice if they informed me when ordering. I never expect much when going to a fast food joint, but the correct order is a bare minimum.

Wife and me hardly go out for fast food but we were on the road visiting friends just after Easter. We ordered a 10 piece dinner box and though it was tasty we ended up with 6 wings. I took pictures and kept the receipt feeling I had been ripped off. But after a day or so forgot about complaining.

Recommended not to go through the drive through in the afternoons, it's as busy as a footy line up at the local Maccas after a big show down. But if you walk in the services is normally really good.

I have ordered the zinger box a fair few times now from this kfc and it clearly states there’s meant to be 3 spicy chicken wings as well as the burger and chips and 3 times now I have only received 2 chicken wings.
I have also received chicken a few times now where the inside is very pink and not cooked enough.

Initially intended to order a meal there through drive-thru, which was full and onto the road (common for time, very popular site).
Instead took a chance, entered store and was very impressed at the speed of service given by the team, considering the drive-thru traffic.
Other franchises and sites would prioritize drive-thru over indoor dining but it was obvious that the site was under a strong management and team who were able to provide a balanced service to both.
Great commendation to the team tonight, keep up the work.

Their service is poor.Did a online order for the burger feast got everything but the burgers.Rang the store and the male manager was absolutely rude.Did not know how to handle the complaint.He either needs to be educated or just disappear from that position.He hung up on me would not answer the phone.I rang a few times and got a female manager which she was very good. This is the second time this has happened. I do not recommend this gawler store.

The service and quality of food has dramatically improved in the last 12 months.
The staff are friendlier and offer quick service in the drive thru, although at peak meal times there can be quite a wait.
Trading hours have also increased.
There are still minor problems with orders not correct, missing Aoli dipping sauce or wicked wings forgotten in meal boxes. I believe this occurs mainly at peak trade times.... they are just very busy, so orders are rushed.
To their credit, if you have your receipt and mention on your next visit they will rectify.
Plenty of seating inside which is separated for privacy and COVID-19 safe.
Order online for quicker service than the drive thru, just walk in and pick up.
Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available. Also public amenities are available.
