The Quintessential Fusion Sri Lankan restaurant is brilliant. Loved the food and is a credit to the owners who came up with the concept. From the wonderful decor, to the fantastic table service there wasn’t anything to fault.
The food- Hoppers and String hoppers, one with chicken curry and the other with lamb curry, were satisfying and soulful to eat!!!
