9grams VENUES is a must place to visit, I have been here with my family few times and everything we visit, always on point! We visited Newtown store over the school holiday to try there new menu, was simply outstanding.... they raised the bar big time

Absolutely excellent, I had the chicken wrap and it was delicious, I also had a soy cappuccino which I've never had before and that enjoyable too.
Great experience, would highly recommend this place.

SYSTEM DOWN seems to be the default excuse. Well 3 strikes and you're out!! Have been to 9 Grams Pako three times. First time there waited 1.5 hours for my meal, even though it wasn't busy. Excuse was...system was down. Subsequent two more visits was told my order wasn't placed because the system was down. Seriously if you want this excuse to fly make sure all the surrounding tables ordering at the same time also haven't received their meals. I worked in the service industry for many years and NEVER would I sit down to my own meal before checking all my tables had their meals first...unlike the waitress who served me today. Sorry...but let it be a lesson from experience. Better rethink your system too. A reply from management would be appreciated. PS when you do receive a meal it's delicious.

We had breakfast here on a public holiday, although it was extremely busy and the staff were under pressure the service remained at a high level. The food was fantastic. I couldn't fault my experience considering the circumstances, the team at 9 grams did a great job.

Usually I wait to finish my meal before I submit a review. And I only submit positive reviews... Unfortunately today's experience was not the best. Still waiting to have my order taken (after 40 mins) let alone actually taste the food. Won't be back!

Arrived at 1:00pm and it appeared busy. We were seated and drink order taken. Coffee and soft drink arrived after 10minutes. Order finally taken at 1:15pm and cutlery arrived at 1:50pm still no sign of food. Knife still had food on blade. Staff were curt and disinterested. Wouldn't recommend eating here unless you have plenty of time. Now 2:00pm and no food. No staff follow-up. At 2:05pm with no food insight we went in and advised our waitress we were leaving. She didn't ask why or offer an explanation for the delays.

Absolutely loved the breakfast here. It was a very busy Saturday morning when we visited but the service was still quite quick. I had the pancakes and my partner ordered the fritters - both of which were yummy! The coffee was perfect and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will be back :)

NEVER will I eat at the Pakington St cafe again...
It took over an hour to get our lunch served. Whilst it was very obvious the kitchen staff were happy to laugh and stand around chatting, we patiently sat and waited for our food. Our waitress was amazing and could clearly tell we were annoyed but not once was she told to inform us there was a period of wait for our lunch, even though our order comprised of ONE serve of pancakes and ONE omelette!
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this cafe unless you’re willing to wait over an hour.

The best cafe on the busy Pakington St strip. The food is delicious, the menu comprehensive. I had smashed avo just because I still love it. Lots to chose from. Lovely warm inviting atmosphere. Great staff. Especially the smiling barista. Delicious coffee. It has it all

I love the atmosphere, decore, the menu is awesome i want to try everything. It was delicious my smashed pea breakfast brunch with great coffee & yummo cakes! The only thing that needed improvement was the watressing they were nice but once wed eaten we sat around for a while but never got asked for more drinks or anything which we were interested on having but ended up leaving cause we couldnt get there attention so that was disappointing!

Had lunch at the pako st 9 grams yesterday.
Waitresses were just lovely. The food was tasty. The chips a bit ordinary. Had their 9 grams burger, which was yummy. Place was packed. Enjoyed our time there.
