Went for lunch yesterday. I had the satay burrito and it was delish. I was one of the winners of the free hot chocolate. I had the hazelnut and was yum. Perfect to finish my meal. Always such friendly service
The staff are absolutely awesome led by Jo an awesome lady in her own right the food is to die for its fantastic reasonable prices too. There's a great selection of food to pick from. Well done Jo & staff.

We just had an awesome Father's Day breakfast! Service was great, people were friendly and the meals were quick and delicious. Kid friendly too, with colouring in books, books and games which kept our little one happy. Highly recommend Cafe Palat!

Today, I met a friend at Cafe Palat for lunch…..it’s under new management of Vietnamese people. The female co-owner greeted us warmly as we entered, she directed us to our table & promptly came & took our orders from their new Vietnamese style menu.
The food was served in good time & oh it looked magnificent!! & tasted magnificent!!
The same lady checked how our food was a couple of times….fantastic we said! Such terrific welcoming service from her!

Best spot for brunch. Very friendly staff. Consistent service and high quality food. The roast pork salad /vermicelli noodle salad , egg Benedict are a must try.

Getting car detailed in preparation for sale, taken it to a place located in an industrial area of Geelong. Gotta wait a couple hours.

Cafe Pelat... ok... looks industrial and "pie and coke" from the outside, next closest cafe is a 25min walk.... looks like I'm stuck here.
Walk in... and presto. Warm and welcoming, with the friendliest staff I have met in a very long time. They were perfectly happy for me to sit down, order a coffee, plug in my laptop and sit here for as long as I wanted.
It's now 12:30pm on a Wednesday and the place is almost full. Local workers, but also families and randoms who clearly come out of their way to come here. I can see why.
Coffee is pretty good too. Bonus.
If you are looking for authentic flavours, this cafe has THE best Vietnamese noodle soup you could find in Geelong. Great service as always!.

We just wanted to have a quick lunch, surprisingly we are lucky to had a wonderful experience here at cafe Palat. Everything was amazing: friend service with a big smile always on their faces, delicious good size of crispy pork belly vermicelli noodle salad, crispy pork panini, the beautiful lemon slices which is not too sweet - just right to me. 👍 perfect! We will see you all again, pls keep your flag flying!

Excellent options for toddlers. My 21 month old granddaughter had a selection of ham cheese toastie, some fresh strawberries & grapes, fresh veggies cut into little finger sized bites & a berry smoothie. Coffee for adults amazing too!!
