Although it is near the highway it is secluded behind beautiful trees. There are tables on the verandah as well as inside. Down a little walkway onto a deck with the overhanging trees is my favourite nook. Quiet, serene, magpies visiting and carolling to any who will listen. The menu is quite extensive, decent, honest fare. My favourite is the Ploughman's Lunch. The coffee, hot chocolate and cups of tea are quite lovely. Instead of a meal you can have a delicious morning or afternoon tea, complete with a delicious cake or scone. You can watch the chocolates being made and you can also have sugar free chocolate grated and bagged for you to take home and make your own brew. To finish off a lovely hour or so, choose some of the delectable chocolates to take with you. Choose between milk, white or dark chocolate. There is something for every palate. Pricing is reasonable, the staff happy and obliging, parking is excellent and handicapped access easily done. Do yourself a favour, turn into the driveway instead of hurrying past, it really is worth the effort. Once you've been you'll be hooked.

The chocolate! This is my favourite cafe to visit when I’m in Geelong, I take my Mother or any friends, everyone loves it! All their chocolates are made on-site. The atmosphere is fabulous. They have indoor and outdoor settings. I am always thrilled to be able to watch the horses being fed, groomed or washed. There are also the most amazing views over the Moorabool Valley. Inside there is a wonderful miniature Moorabool Village built mainly with chocolate, it is fascinating, I just want to eat it all! Being here gives me the feeling that I am in the country when I am only minutes from the City. I wish to highly recommend the Moorabool Valley Chocolate.

Super lovely. The vegan cupcakes are delightful, a bit on the sweeter side but not overwhelming, the chocolate is gorgeously smooth. Nice range of vegan truffles also. Peaceful atmosphere with great views of the surrounding area.

I travel to Geelong every year and this place can't be missed. Nice atmosphere, nice food and best hot chocolate on earth. Way beyond everything the staff here are brilliant, full of service mind. Love this hidden gem out of Geelong town.

The place was nice, views were rad. Had a pumpkin/feta quiche with a Mexican hot chocolate - quiche was alright, best thing was the chutney by far, hot chocolate was ok, think I expected more. But nice to sit and go for lunch.
